QUOTE (wangan_sti @ Today at 10:58 PM) | what about 6th gears. Any tips |
dunno dude... but the only thing ive found funny is that i never use the final gear... it really doesnt make a difference to me from the previous gear. it might be a bit odd... but then again maybe im saving some shift work? maybe its the fact that i cant get the rpms up high or fast enough in the final gear... and its hard to recover the rpms in final gear... maybe thats why im always in the 2nd to last gear. QUOTE (RB33 @ May 28 2007, 02:47 AM) | Just my two cents worth, I've noticed that many of the pros here in the Philippines barely step on the brakes at all. All that they do is to lighten up on the accelerator a bit and let some rather fancy steering do the rest. Should they use the brakes, it's only on very extreme situations. I'm practicing that right now, trying to get it right...
So far, it's doing me wonders. |
Yeh seriously lmao even though im not Philippine I rarely use brake, On hard turns I take it down accelerate a bit and let go and with it still go all I gotta do is sit bak and relax with my hand turning XD

Hn... if memory serves me right, wall-tapping in WMMT3 is no longer as effective as it once was in WMMT2. correct me if I am wrong on that one...

I can't remember but there was a time I ran straight into the fences lining hakone... I was in first-person view and I didn't notice them... I thought it was an alternative route in hakone...
