More downforce = Heavier?
Just saying.

Probably moar grip. But yeah, seems to be heavy because I can't even take Wangan crown with my R34 setup.

@Immanoob

Uhhh , you cant take the wangan crown because of your lining maybe. Dont think that everything comes down to set up mate. You cant blame everything on your set up.

I can take crowns and TA not matter what set up i have. Just depends on how you drive the car.

But the 3D wing still feels too heavy for Wangan. It can give me an edge at the beginning corner though if I'm able to grab the lead.

@ Clare, what Azunyan said. Stock aero is very good for the R34.

2D wing if you want speed at the cost of handling
3D wing if you want handling at the cost of speed

I'd go for the 2D personally because i like sldie but if you want grip go for the 3D wing. Even if you use the 3D wing you will still have speed because the R34 is a pretty fast car.

As far as I know, Wangan is all about getting a good start and solid lining.

The z34, sadly, is marginally faster at it, which makes sense because it's supposed to be the new devil Z.

I used to have these settings...
Aero C
Stock Mirror
Duct FRP hood
RS rims
3D wings

Tankish enough, but don't lament if it ain't fast enough.

It has been long that I changed my R34's wheels to TE37's, and they are just a little bit slidier than stock rims. Slide will not be a problem though if I get used to it.

But which of the two will accelerate better? TE37 or stock?

TE37's are lighter so they accel faster.

TE37s rnt light

they are very very heavy - and thus suited to heavier/mid weight cars...

actually, they are suited to all cars... their natural adv and disadv are the main point of the rim

They grip a lot - sometimes too much, but they have a bit of understeer...

i wonder what cures understeer?

People say that the R35 is shitty in TA but is a monster in battles. Heavy and having one of the fattest asses in the game, you can ram all you want. I also heard from a friend that its accel is a bit slow.

TE37 grips but understeers? Yeah I noticed that. I think I should stick to stock from now on. I'll try the 57A's when I get there.

I have r35, and it's pretty bad....
It's acceleration is slow, but it has good top speed.
It's one of the fatter, and heavier cars, so handling is difficult, and navigating some turns can be a problem..
