Eurobeat.. is like european disco, if i am not mistaken.. not all of Initial D is done by japanese..

If i remember correctly the majority of Initial D 1 series was done by.. Dave Rodgers.. he did Space Boy, Beat of the Rising Sun, DeJa Vu, and 100 (pronounced one - O - O)

All of it is done in Europe. Mostly Italy. But it's all licenced and produced in Japan so it's classified as imported music even in Europe. So I guess you could say it's Japanese.

....The Japanese songs were done by Japanese people. the English songs are done by non Japanese people mostly in Europe. many of these artists have English as a second language, speak other languages, or speak little English and therefore the influency you're picking up on in some of the English songs is resultant from that (if you look at the words they make more sense than the usual Engrish but less sense than a fluent speaker or normal song). Move is a Japanese band that does all the intro/outro songs for Initial D. They are all Japanese but as is the trend insert English into their songs for stylistic effect.

So in a nutshell. Move=J-pop. Eurobeat= European (mostly non Japanese) techno pop.
