My favorite would have to be Initial D Third Stage
I just liked the whole plot of it.I mean,the love story and the racing....Takumi rushing to Mt. Akina in the snow to rescue Natsuki......just amazing
And the intro music fit the intro video of Takumi driving in a fall version of Akina perfectly.Its the best song done by move IMO
Soundtrack for the rest of the movie=brilliant
The graphics used for the cars=the best in the ID series
Itsuki=funny at times
Bunta="Merry Christmas" laugh.gif

Oh,and another thing about it that I like,at the end,it shows an Initial D universe in Initial D.What I mean is that guy was buying Initial D Second Stage on VHS.

Anime movies man, full length films, not series

And 3rd stage had extremely poor pacing lol

3rd stage racing animations weren't that great.. 1st stage were good for the time and 2nd stage was alright but 3rd stage was just like almost no change. 4th stage was the revolutionary one.

battle stage 1 was when it started to look alright. My main problem with 3rd stage was the horrible pacing problems the movie had, you just felt rushed through the whole thing.

It pretty much was. I mean, everything else was episodic but they had to make 3rd stage into a movie. They could have done so much more but they were probably too lazy.

A stranger with a sword. Saw it at AX09, thought it was a really really good movie. Along with Appleseed.

Mine are

Grave of Fireflies (I cried)
Makoto Shinkai films, like Byousoku 5 cm (beautiful!)
End of Evangelion
Rurouni Kenshin OVA (the first and the last, not those crap fillers)
Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo
Most of Ghibli anime, e.g.
Only Yesterday
Cat Returns
Spirited Away

Too many to be named... :S
