1 hand ... 2 hand .... no difference ... as long as u can drive properly ... i dun see this as an issue

+1

I'm comfortable with 2 hands, with my left flicking out to shift when I have to, because I find 2 hands=more control for me. Some people are comfortable with 1 hand, and that (like a cat) is fine too.

1 hand here. I find it alot easier for some reason. I have tryed 2 hands though but it doesn't suit me. It's too much of an effort of changing the gear then putting your hand back on the steering wheel. That's just me though turned.gif

i've found that using only one hand helps me turn smoother cause it takes more effort to jerk the wheel with one hand than two.

although if i try and focus, i'll usually grip the wheel at 9-3.

I know that the last post was a month ago, but... yeah... I want to be in this. Good poll.

I use ONE HAND!

I would say that 2 hands are for noobs, but then that would be wrong.

I only use two hands when I need to catch up, since my strength is hitting the very inside of corners, but not hitting them. Apex. Hitting the apex.

One hand= relaxed, good driving.

Two hands= concentrated, better driving.

I think that two handed is best because it adds more control into your steering. There is only one person in the state that can beat me one handed and his control is fking amazing one handed. For some reason he can't beat me two handed though ☼_☼

  • Auto: 2-handed.
  • Manual: 1+1 (gear & shifter) before max-gear; 2-handed (wheel) at max-gear. Only exceptions where I'll 1+1 even at max-gear is in the turns (like Yokohane and C1-NBL) or in heavy traffic where chances of f***ing up are theoretically exponential to the amount of traffic and Story chapter #(x loop).

...and that was Auto, right? I'm sorry, I got a few things to say - not the least of which is "wow". For something like that, that was a surprising job of weaving - until the HiAce. I'm LOLing while trying to keep a straight face(, and it hurts), but I am genuinely impressed.

I raced with a camera with my left hand and steering wheel, and shifter, with my right hand. I'm getting used to it... my right arm starts cramping, though, since I havn't used it much for steering.
