Not exactly Wangan Midnight, but the predecessor.

I am a huge fan of the style on the mid 90's Japanese tuner cars. The sort of aesthetics from the Shuto Kousoku Max, excluding the stickers. I recently managed to locate this set of wheels that were most recurring on the cars in that film. Panasport Racing G7 C5C three piece forged, 17x8/17x9. I'll be mounting them on my SW20 MR2 once the rollcage, body, and suspension are finished.

If you're not familiar with the Shuto Kousoku, here's a clip. I know the Supra has the wheels, not sure of the GTR but it appears it may. cool.gif

TBO was one of the major sponsors for Shuto Trial 1. Their stickers are seen everywhere on almost every car in the movie. They were an old parts manufacturer in Japan, but they've stopped operating these days. So to complete the Shuto Trial look you need TBO stickers tongue.gif

Oh, I recall seeing the 'Fast' stickers, when I first saw them I initially thought they said 'Fart' with the way they were scripted. I think I may pass on any stickers though. smile.gif

It didn't help that they were right below the ENDLESS stickers too...

well to clear the air and i do realise it is an old post but i must make a few corrections...
the wheels in the picture are not the wheels from the mk4 on shuto kousoku...Panasport G7-G5C2 are infact the correct wheels.
shuto kousoku is not the predecessor to wangan midnight nor to initiald as those are manga and shuto kousoku is an actual racing based movie.
shikiba's skyline runs on o.z. futura 3 piece wheels.
