Hey, guys. Anyone up for meeting up this weekend? Im gonna go to either miliptas or Castro valley, whichever has more people. I played in cvgl for the first time today afterclass, took the crowns on nbl, yokohane and Osaka My cards are named PAN. Hopefully it'll be tough ghosts to beat I screwed up on nbl on the last turn but still managed to get it. It's going to take a while for me to adjust, I played in Manila where the shifter was on the left and I played with force feedback... It's so strange playing with no force feedback. The gear shifter I used in cv wasnt smooth for me. Are time attacks not popular here? I spent a good amount of tokens doing ta's then I realized there are barely any ta's to fight against. Hit me up! I want to meet the local scene lol If there's no one, I'll be hitting milipitas this weekend at golfland! This post has been edited by Esparko on Sep 21 2011, 07:06 PM

QUOTE (iammunak @ 14 minutes, 15 seconds ago) | hey man ,what time did you go to cvgl today ? cos today i went cvgl too. i play around 1-3 pm today.i was playing osaka ta.are you frre on sat ? cos im planning to do ta again on sat.
ps.i just move from Thailand to SF recently.Still not familiar with right shift also |
Ah, I was there 4-6pm. I played on the 3rd machine to the right so that one has all my ta's but they're really bad because I'm not used to these machines yet. I think i got :55.xxx on Osaka, gah
It's my second year here but I didn't know there was maximum tune for the entire first year here lol D:
I'm hoping to go back to cvgl and take Fukuoka, Nagoya and maybe c1, c1 was kinda tough but I think it's within reach once I get used to the machine. I spent too many tokens trying to take hakone lol, I lose by 50m
I'm free on saturday and I can stop by cvgl again.

oh haha. You're WCCF1? I see.. You have a challenging ghost for C1 Yeah I'm hoping there are players this weekend. When I played today I wasn't expecting anyone because it's a weekday, people are busy. Yeah, I can meet up this saturday @ cvgl. Hopefully there are other people there too I used today to try and find cvgl, I got lost for an hour but it's worth it now and I know which buses to take to get there and back haha.
