i'll be fine for now. you guys should see my run. at the very first left turn, it's like my car jumped over the corner. i take so many risks doing the R button jumps now, it just sucks when i fall. i've had so many chances to hit 53 but i keep screwing up the last turn where the gear is.

i never used advanced tech lol. i think i was the only ID3 player to rely solely on gas and brake. no eraser/tst lol

you can jump over some of the turns..press the R button LOL

lol i screw up my jumps sometimes. still workin on it. biggest problem for me is still the last turn and getting on the gear

your friend has a long way to go if he has 54'1 with drift boosting.

you don't even have to worry about jumping the track. It may actually be faster for you to just drift w/o drift boosting. I ran a 53 just last night doing the "drifting w/o drift-boosting" technique.

EDIT: I just ended up doing a 52'1 w/o drift boosting but w/ drifting without having to hop at all. If I see you on saturday, I'll bring my ds and show you a good line to follow w/o drift boosting.

@xeoreg: lol - stop snaking! I wanna challenge you without having to snake!

@bennz: try time attacking with mario kart. It'll get your mind off mt for a bit.

@DJNocturnal: Don't go home too early ... I'd be interested in seeing your line. I can think of 2 possibilities which will bring your time down by maybe 1 second.

i know i can get at least 53'9. i've just screwed up during my 3rd laps alot cause i panic alot. i'll try to stay longer, but i hate going home at night lol

@xeoreg: bombs are evil only if they're used against you when you're in the lead. bombs are good when you use them against other people when you're behind.
