Like I said before, I don't really expect anything else from him. I've already forget about the case. I don't expect my money back nor any cards I ordered in the past from him.

All I do here is just to answer what the TS asked about.

I was just answered it "Yes, there's a scammer. For me, it's xeoreg." that's all... If any of you weren't agree because you thought he's ok for you. Then it's fine, I don't seek any troubles here.

If some people aren't satisfy/happy because they think I'm accusing him, then fine. I'll try my best to provide any possible proof as I could.

Is this xoe guy really a scammer? I was thinking of buying from him. I'm posting in public so everyone can understand too. There's some things I don't get. Can someone answer them?

a) I don't get how a proof of payment is proof that the package didn't arrive. I'm not taking sides, but a proof of payment just shows something was paid for - not that it was received by the buyer. I want to see that other proof that xrpnet said was gonna show

b ) How much is insurance to ship cards? I don't wanna spend 200 on cards, but I want to make sure those cards arrive in the mail from him. How do you tell if someone paid for insurance on that proof of payment? (200 is a lot to order without insurance - i mean, if you don't take insurance, that's like saying I'll be ok if I don't get it in the mail)

c) What's this xeo guys record? I go on ebay a lot and buy stuff from there and nobody there has a perfect record - not even the people i commend as good sellers who give great service and get me my stuff in like 5 days. They have like 10000+ good comments and like 20 bad comments, probably from people who are too picky or impatient, or didn't pay for insurance, scammer buyers or people who ruin a seller.
