QUOTE (P.K.813 @ 34 minutes, 13 seconds ago) | Microsoft's Ferrari license has been expired for a quiet awhile. That's why Sony game (= Gran Turismo HD Concept, Gran Turismo PSP, and Gran Tutismo 5) could have Ferrari cars in their game.
Ferrari is in upcoming new game, Gran Turismo 6 too. Are you saying Polyphony Digital struck a deal with Microsoft for that? |
Source pls.
“Forza had the exclusive license for all Ferrari cars, for example, on the Xbox and PC platforms. But at the end of the day, we’ve always found that we just weren’t willing to block other racing games from having Ferraris outright, as we believed that this would do nothing but hurt the racing ecosystem.”- Dan Greenwalt

I guess I was mistaken because I can't find source on LICENSE BEING EXPRIED. This I apologize.
However, your source also shows that anyone can have license now.
Which contradicts with your "Nope. Microsoft holds the licenses to Ferrari," comment.
