I noticed something as well: In the 'walltap' part, I noticed that aside from the walltap, most drivers brake as well.
Which is why I ask: Is the braking necessary? Isn't the action of hitting/tapping the wall like 'braking' already? |
IMO, braking is more consistent.

Hmm......this is interesting I'm trying to recall what I did on this map in DX. During the DX days, AFAIK, in that part, it's either I brake or full throttle (can't remember which one I did though). But for DX+, since you're approaching that turn at faster speeds, I knew I needed more deceleration power. Question is: Which one is most suitable? What I'm doing right now btw is: WALLTAP + FULL THROTTLE But what I'm worried is that the deceleration may not be enough. I might try walltap + gas-off release accel next month. Though I doubt I'll do walltap + brake I guess I have to study this carefully then..........
