Gregg, if you want easy ghost wins, challenge those level 10 MT3 era computer ghosts. They're those at the end of a list of ghosts after you pick a course.

Back on topic: I wonder if it were possible for the FD to replicate the look of the Panspeed FD.....

Hmm.. for some reason.. Aero B, and a GT Wing. That's all I know how to replicate it. (Aero B has non-popup headlights)

The livery, not sure on this one.. but there should be one that's close enough.

Show us some pictures if you ever get around to replicating it.

Meanwhile when I FT my FD I intend to go after the Mazdaspeed look.

Doubt the Aero Kit's possible. Yeah, Aero B is the closest to that.

I'll try replicating it and I'll show a picture.

FC and the FD for starters got 5 gears, with the RX8 having 6.

FC has the worst acceleration out of the bunch with the FD and RX8 being pretty even.

I wouldn't know the differences between an RX7 and RX8 so you'd need someone else to fill that out.

In MT4, FD is the best car, but is small and easy to push around (but apparently has great boost along with the BNR32). RX-8 is regarded in the Japanese wiki having no real weaknesses. FC3S is an advanced user car.

FC top speed 349 km/h, while the FD and SE3P have have a better top speed at 350 km/h

FD is just a good ta car, pro friendly but not as starter friendly

RX8, another good ta car, corners like another fd, as easy as e9, accel is like another e9 though slightly slower a tiny wee bit, battles as well as another e9, basically mazda answer to mitsubishi evos but can perform good ta

FC is a good starter car, a step lower than fd in all aspects and imo does better in battles than fd

Tbh, the FC is an easy car to use, its so grippy that the possibility of clipping a wall is very slim.

FC is actually quite grippy, even if I compare it to EVO8 and AE86

Actually most mazdas especially rotaries are good at turns just that FC hasn't had a good boost priority as FD3S but it handles exceptionally well since doing it WMMT3 it was also a good car probably mid-tier but in the right hands it can go at hakone with not much problem

Any comments on the Mazda MX-5? In terms of battling and time attacking?

Its a good car, not top tier but pretty high up for ta, battlewise its a touch light so you need to know what you're doing but its size means its easier to get around tight spots...

Accel isnt great tho

Yeah, because MX5 is my favourite Mazda car since the NFS Underground era. I really want to play this car; but I am unsure how to fares against my other cars like Evo 8 and Chev Stingray.

MX-5 is actually a good car though. I've seen a few people that mastered it. You can go ask MC, he's a master at the MX-5.

And I've heard that its the best TA car for Hakone, not sure if this is true.

MX-5 for battle:

requires great cornering. due to its smaller body. other cars have small chance of passing you through corner's. not recommendable for beginners. It is quite challenging to burn using this car because this car is short.

MX-5 for T.A:

only good at technical routes. overall below average because of its below average acceleration. top speed 348 kmh.

Little question, why does my FD get beaten by everything off the line? It could possibly be my shift work, but it feels so sluggish when the race starts.
