QUOTE (TovarishTony @ Today, 5:48 AM)
Journal: Finally a good machine to play with this time in Timezone with my spare credits and I became fired up after the blunders of last session with the broken gear stick with the 5th gear bouncing back to neutral that ruins my rhythm. My GT86 had a nice fun run where I got up to the beginning of 3rd stage and I noticed a huge improvement of me handling FR cars since I was used to the 4WD of the Lambo but I got into driving lessons with a real car so could adapt skills learned to the game besides watching some of Keiichi Tsuchiya's videos so managed to learn some footwork like the heel and toe technique of braking on corners like Initial D.

At this rate I'm gonna get the gold tach for my GT86 but the event is still long way to go and not taking a toll on my budget yet as I was so happy with the machine being in good condition which imagine I'm in 3rd stage already on just the 2nd session of me playing this event. Next time gonna be the El Cheapo so I could save some money for getting more tokens since I have learned from the last event since I did not utilize the promos much for an event like this.

Diagnosis: technician is <Bleep!>ing eediot

Why? I'm pretty sure they didn't place the shifter cover in the correct area/position, also sure that they place rectangular upward enough to loose shifting to 5th gear considering the rectangular part is pretty new

Also I felt that crappy error on TZ Ermita, and shrug that crap just because the technician is also an eediot dry.gif

El Cheapo marathon today with 60 tokens where I got up to the half of the first section of Challenge Stage 2. It's an endurance and I only lost once the whole run with a break halfway where I had to eat something as I felt hungry. Nobody play much in that arcade because of 1 machine being out of order, 1 freezes, 1 had a broken gear stick and 1 which I used had gears 1-5 being okay but the 6th is busted so had to slam the stick just to make it bite to 6 instead of neutral which is annoying on some courses. Too many Kobe on this run with the Chinese players having weird setups on Kobe the most with 720hp with 2nd being Nagoya and Ikebukuro while I have yet to see Hiroshima on this one. I guess 2 and a half sections to go before the tach so next run hopefully to be the last at El Cheapo before I take a break from WMMT again just like after December's event.

we have an alliance here in China and Hong Kong

They were playing tag the whole way, SRT is a team from Shenzhen, LUSTY is from HKG and they both speak the same language so why not (plus I bet they might know each other as well since lusty has members that are part of team CNT in Guangzhou, while team SRT are very close with team CNT)

This makes me want to ask how many sections does challenge stage 2 have where I'm at the half of 1st section on challenge stage 2 already for the yellow tach.

Challenge Stage 2/3 = at least 3 sections

it kinda goes like START page and 3rd page is the FINISH area

Challenge Stage 3/3 = at least 4 sections

yep.... pretty credit munching part on the 3rd challenge stage tho did smashed at least 2 bags worth of 60 tokens maybe even more if computer was about to troll you harder =/

I'm finally VS 3rd grade after 2 years.

Granted I didn't play for 1 and half of those, but it's great to finally be there.

Took me 104 car wins to get blue taco. I can finally RIP. No more wangan for me anytime soon.

Also, I went to 720p vs 700p a bnr32 inc1 whom was 4 power away from full tune. My opponent was expertly brake blocking me to slow down my speed and controlled me in every corner without being overly excessive about it. Aka this is brake blocking at 230~260 in every corner.

I'm both mystified and amazed. I wonder when I can learn that technique.

Got the yellow tach and man I started to feel sick on racing that will keep me out of the Wangan for awhile which it took me months to get back after the December event. Atleast I could finally save some money for something else and glad my GT86 has the better title and a tach.

WMMT5DX+:

- BCNR33 is now on challenge stage 1/3
- WMEforum team card's BNR32 is now ready to go for this event after playing some crown areas just enough to go 20 trophies (since stuck at 55 on story mode and didn't bother to FT'd it yet)

Also... it took me at least 90+ cars to finish the 3rd challenge stage... 102 on Z33 and 90+ on Z34 all of them are with successful wanted targets

i dont find BBlock too useful, just bummer and makes players mad. most BBer will halt when <2-3km mark and race normally. except those who really wanna troll u till the end will continue to BB u.

useful when in tag team where first and 2nd has to be same side in order to win. Ofc those likes to BB will play with other BB'er for fun.

now my main dream is to have more FT players to play VS with.. Hanoi is maxi ghost town.. HCMC not so bad as HCMC'er willing to spend (for games) than peeps from the north...

Damn that's alot of cars just for 3rd challenge stage which is why I only went up to the end of the 2nd challenge stage. Good thing I'm done on this tach business and was happy with the Country code +86 title for my GT86 which suited the best.

This past weekend at TZ Glorietta...

--9'11"953 Metro Kanagawa piloting an acquaintance's Skyline R30
--9'11"023 Metro Kanagawa piloting an acquaintance's RT-35

RT-35 sure is one tough nut to crack as far as handling goes -- kinda like Z34 wherein you're not even at the apex yet and you're already thinking of the need to countersteer.

R30 feels odd to me... doesn't follow your inputs right away and slides out sooner than ideal.

But then again, doing both runs in one shot with zero previous experiences on both cars (just to quell curiosity with both cars) -- while getting only 2-3 hrs of sleep the night before -- wasn't the best of ideas anyway.

Next on my pilot radar: CTR, RK Coupe... and maybe Viper, R8, SLS

WMMT5DX+:

- BCNR33 is now almost done... since the game decided to troll me further on the last stretch even with 5 Wanted cars on the same session and literally on the last 6-8 squares
- BCNR33's car count went to 100th mark due to raking multiple Wanted cars evilbrows.gif
- next in line is WMEforum's BNR32 by doing it up to stage 3/3

My break from WMMT cut short with a brief session where I just wanted to finish the Jap Cha stage 2 for my Aventador while I finally applied for the gold card in Timezone before starting the brief session. Initially no internet connection so went for battles with the AE86 but when the net came I roll my lambo for the JapCha and that was it so back to being on a break from WMMT.

WMMT5DX+:

- BCNR33 is finally finished at 105 cars (after taking most of the Wanted opponents) and still got trolled on the last 4 squares to the finish line

- BNR32 on WMEforum card target by finishing stage 3/3
