“Do you have what it takes to garner the attention of the Wangan God and Wangan Prince?”

The Seiji Tsuchiya and Daiki Akiyama Challenge is a free-for-all extremely-limited-time event hosted by Supido no Densetsu to commemorate the year-end success of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5 and of its own series’ success in the interwebs for 2015.

It would follow similar rules as the Online Championship Match with a twist. Prizes are to be given away to the winner of this event! See details below:

Event Details:

“Square off against Seiji to prove your worth then move over to Daiki to grab their attention!”

- Players must beat rivals in Chronological order. The event would last from December 30 2015 to January 3 2016 only. The first rival would be considered like a Preliminary whereas the 2nd rival would be the Main event.
- Tally for the Preliminaries begins on December 30 and ends on January 1.
- Tally for the Main event begins on January 1 to January 3.
- Any battles done after the rival’s time period will not be counted during the event tally.
- Throughout the course of the event, the players’ standings will be checked through MyogiWarrior34’s Wangan-Maxi.net account. A twice-per-day tally will be marked and posted on the Facebook page during the course of the event.
- When all entries are considered, the top 3 will be chosen for the rivals to rematch. No rematches back are necessary. The results of the rematch will determine the top 3’s final placement with respects to the prize. Details below.
- Players are strictly to use 830hp setting only or 22P : 10H

Rival Details:

Access Ghost Battle and search for the ghost names below during their corresponding dates.

1. Preliminaries:

VS “Seiji” – Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR MR CT9A– S7 – Team “Speed_Ad”
Map: Wangan Line
Rival HP: 830hp
Tally Period: December 30 – January 1

2. Main Event:

VS “Daiki” – Nissan Fairlady Z Version ST Z33 – S4 – Team “Speed_Ad”
Map: Wangan Line
Rival HP: 830hp
Tally Period: January 1 – January 3

Event Rules & Objectives:

- Players must gain the highest distance possible against these respective rivals. The latest advantage (m) will be considered their entry at the end of the event.
- Both rivals’ advantage (m) will be averaged during the Main event that will correspond to their ranking for the rematch by the said rivals.
- Players must use the same car during the preliminaries when participating in the Main Event bracket.
- Any rival info that appears in the Main Event (vs Daiki) but not in the preliminaries will be disqualified / considered invalid entries.
- Any rival info that appears in the Main Event (vs Daiki) BEFORE the tally period (Before Jan 1) will be disqualified / considered invalid entries. Respectively, any rival info that appears in the Preliminaries (vs Seiji) AFTER the tally period (after Jan 1) will also be considered invalid.
- Their latest recorded advantage will be considered their FINAL standing during their corresponding Event periods. Update at your own risk.

FINAL PODIUM AND EVENT PRIZE:

- The top 3 will have the opportunity to be Rematched back by “Seiji” and “Daiki” themselves. A PV and their recorded battles will be showcased after the tally period and will be uploaded to MyogiWarrior34’s Youtube Channel.
- The rematch will only be once per rival per player – players are to expect 2 rematch entries when they login with their cars on their next visit.
- Like the Preliminaries and Main Draw, both rematches (6 races total) will have their advantage (m) be averaged to determine their standing – combining both rematch AND tally results.

The prize for the winner / 1st place would be the following:
o 1/24 scale model kit Nissan Fairlady Z Version ST Z33 “Akiyama Debut spec”
o 1/24 scale model kit Kirin Spirits Lancer Evolution CT9A “Seiji Debut spec”

- The prize will be mailed from Australia to the winner’s address. The winner will be contacted to provide their address details for shipping. No shipping cost will be asked to the winner. The event devs and organizers will shoulder the fees. Depending on the courier / service, pick-up may be necessary.
- Once shipped out, we will simply inform you of the estimated day of arrival. Any damages incurred will be under responsibility of the delivery service though we guarantee that it will make it in one piece with our firm packaging.

EVENT TIPS AND ADVICES:

- Since the event may involve a rematch, feel free to burn the rival at your own risk. We highly recommend though maintaining TA lines and no burning. The burning may compromise your ghost during the rematch if ever you make it to the top 3.
- Your race should be the last race you’ll have during your maxi session to make sure the HP rules are met. If you decide to play afterwards, do take a screen shot of pre-battle along with the post-battle advantage (m) screen when possible. Send your entries to the Supido no Densetsu Facebook page for validation.
- You are free to rematch the rival as many times as you want during their corresponding event periods.
- Use the same car you used in the Preliminaries for the Main event.
