I don't know, but you probably have to win/lose/retire a Reina battle. Sounds like a retire title.

Just wondering, has anybody here tried to "retire in front of other buildings/structures with a sign on top"?
It seems that there's a title for every structure that you retire in front/in the vicinity off. Example, the stadium, tollboth, Nismo, tunnel, monument in hakone...etc... May I request for available MT3 players that if you are time attacking and it seems that you can't finish or reach your target time, take notice of any obscure building or structure that has a sign on top of it and retire just to test out this theory. I'm going to do this also of course  Who knows, maybe you/we'll discover a new title aside form the other titles that are related to structures. |

C1 inward: Red Emperor (yes, any color car can get it) Wangan East: Tell me Crystal (dontknow what it means lol) other titles gained by PVP battles today: Purple Prince The Supreme Supra |

@ Frost: yes for Red Emperor retire on C1inbound day 364~372m anywhere in between
