whenever your arcade decides it...

Dare means that it is really dependent on the date/time settings on the machine. Some arcades are really tad specific or should i say have the date/time settings in their cab set accurately or it reflects the actual date/time.

well if you know someone from your arcade, maybe you can ask him/her to set the cab's time back to December of '07 then you can get the Legendary series titles.

It been received after retiring in osaka
but i don't know in which KM cause
i only saw people obtained it by retiring at osaka

i got it from retire in osaka at bout 8-8,5km at the place showed by the osaka TA loading screen

osaka acting school team and truly the fastest machine are story mode titles

wangan 173 is more than likely a title from a hacked car

third generation is obtained by winning a race between 2 e8's and 2 e9's.

A few of the titles are awefully familiar, but I don't remember how to get them

black rain was from retiring at osaka. the guy who first posted it said smth about 13-ish km, i tried, didnt get it though, so will need to find the proper titles. I aint about to waste money for it tho, so those of you who TA osaka, and make a mistake at one of the turns then want to retire, please do look for that title, would you? XD

c1 in - 9.8 both night and day - broker

i got the same thing on Wangan Westbound Day and Night but you have to go thru the tollbooths a little bit (i can't remember the exact KM)

but on my card it's "Beware of west sun of night"

finally got "The Night Prime Minister".
