Of course, You guys know, I'm often controversial and annoying and i don't often post

But i really want to get better in Fukuoka, my best time was 32"034, the 31b.pt was driven by DAVID.

My real goal is to hit 30s, not 28s...

Comments, Advice, and Tips are welcome! No flaming!

I got Geo's permission to post here grin2.gif

hmm i can put ur ta vid down 2 main problems

1. learn the lines
ur lines..no offence..are pretty horrible...watch more tas from other ppl so u can learn the lines better
2. turning too much
ur turning the car too much..as a fellow Z driver..ur not driving ur Z properly..u should let the car slide more and not turn too much

Obviously I didn't read what he wrote.

hence the "you fail at reading".

which david was it? i know like 4 that play mt -.-

guessing it was either fxxk or 3vil8

pretty much yeh, you turn way too much in all the turns.

let your car move towards the outside if its a single turn not followed by another turn.

good example is the 1st left turn, you stick to the inside, you're car is meant to slide out towards teh barrier

Hmmm....as the others has said, quit turning so much.

If you are only aiming for 3"30, just doing that should be enough...and a fixing of your line is also in order.

i say use the z34 until you get to a point where you can't improve anymore, if you start by using rx-8 you will not get to you improve to your full potential

I'm the complete opposite. I can get a high 29 on fukuoka with an mx-5 (inconsistently xD) but I still drive my z31 predominantly.

i think he should stick to z34. its a bigger car and its harder to get a good TA time with it.

if you get good with that then move to an rx8, you will find it a lot easier and be able to push further.

those are just my 2 cents, mainly because thats what i did with my r34. my TA time for c1 in when i swapped from r34 to rx8 jumped by like almost 1 second in a matter of 3-4 runs with the rx8

Same here. XD

When I used the R34, I mean, it was huge, so I had to take different lines than a smaller car would, so when I used the RX-8, it felt so much easier as I don't have to turn it as much or as hard, it'll just slide and fit snugly to the corner.
