Started this so whenever Wangan merchandise(besides 815 cards) pop up on Ebay people can check it out, just remember to check this first post for updates. Also remember that its an auction so you only have a certain amount of time to buy, Enjoy!

I think there's something wrong with the 1st and 3rd link. My browser says that the page is not responding, but the 2nd page works though. I think it's just me. blink.gif Niice decals BTW.

Hehehe....I just bought a Slim PS2 today and I plan on buying a swap-disc and Wangan Midnight off Ebay to keep me over until WM3 comes out in July 26th (I know, I should of waited but I've been waiting for 6 months now and I really need to get my WM/tekken fix without going to the arcade). So considering its 2 weeks until payday and another week for shipping etc I should have it by June 10'ish.

Soo...the question is how is WM like compared to arcade?

The WM for the PS2 is exactly like the ORIGINAL WM arcade game. Do not get this confused for WMMT.

The benefits of the PS2 version is that it has a storyline mode and some variations of cars from the series.(ie glowing aura DevilZ & Blackbird).

Eventually we will post up some screenshots and some videos of us playing the game soon. If you or other members want to see more media from this game, please tell us. Your opinions let us know what you guys want and want to see.

I'd like to see some videos of the PS2 Wangan Midnight...is this version better than the VERY first Wangan Midnight arcade in terms of graphics? And it's also the same game engine that was used in TXR right?

I'd say there about even par in terms of graphics. And the game engine is almost the say. Except there is no "Free Roam" mode. In between the races, you drive down the highway for a few seconds and then encounter the next driver.

Yeah, the WM PS2 game is built on the same engine and highway system as TXR Zero (Shutokou Battle: Zero). There are even a couple of signs on top of a couple of buildings with the Shutokou battle logo on them. The physics seem a bit different though. It's a far shorter game than Zero and doesn't allow car customization, but it's a whole lot of fun and worth the purchase IMO.

Also, to keep with the point of this thread, here are three copies of the game. smile.gif I bought my copy from this seller, so I would recomend them plus they're the cheapest ones currently on ebay.

Links aren't working

I pasted the correct links, but it appears that this forum isn't showing the links properly. When I click the links in "preview post" they work fine, but when I submit the post it puts spaces in the URL. Just a forum glitch that needs to be fixed I guess. Anyway, here are the item numbers for the three links I posted above. Just copy and paste them into the search bar on ebay.

Yeah, it is Wangan Midnight, the seller just doesn't know what he's got. That's probaly why it's the cheapest on ebay though, so its a good thing I guess. happy.gif

i talk about that :
http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-a7-77-...an-70-21v3.html

http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-a7-77-...an-70-25yx.html

are they the dvd of the anime that we find here ? If it's that i'm really disappointed lol. 60$ for two episodes of something which look like a tv show... that's really expensive... like the ligher lol

Didn't see this one posted yet... Looks like a pretty stupid shirt to be honest though... Feel free to buy one and take pics wearing it however.

if that guy on ebay still does the 20 or 25 $ deals
its worth it
he full tunes any car except secret cars on wmmt2 and you pick car color and name
for me where its 3 tokens to play and 1 token = $.25

better than making it yourself
and guaranteed unshaded
