Basically i made this thread so that it is easier for people to select what cars they would like to own in Maxi. Give your cars a rating out of 10 ( eg, 8/10 ) and give brief description of the car and how it is overall. I know every player will have different opinions on cars but people should be able to read the reviews and decide for themselves on what cars they want. Please only post cars that you are familiar with and have driven.

Brief Description.

Great car but its acceleration and speed lets it down in tracks like Wangan and Yokohane, but its amazing handling help counter this. It is a decent battler but due to its small size and weight it is not as good as other cars such as the GTR's. It keeps its speed well and it handles great which makes this car good for time attack.

Brief Description

Great car to drive. Very similar characteristics to the Rx-8 except it is much more slidy because it is MR. Not a great battler but gosh its fun to drive. Its pretty good in time attack but it isnt top tier.

Brief description.

The Nissan GTR is a very very good car to drive. It is balanced in both time attack and battle. Its large size makes it great for battling but this lets it down slightly in Time Attack. It has very good handling and acceleration but its top speed is on the dull side. Be sure to use its size well in battles as it is large. I prefer to use it as a blocker. Overall perhaps one of the best cars in the game, but the size is hard to get used to.

I think it was because i was initially going to put FRWD for front engine, rear wheel drive. I mustve accidently removed the R not the F.

Brief description
This was the car I began my WMMT career with. Handling is pretty unpredictable due to the AWD drivetrain, but top speed is just brilliant!

Brief description
As my current car, the C10 allows me to drive in my favourite 'drifty' way: power sliding into turns and blasting out like nobody's business!

Brief description
This was my friend's car. I tested it when it has only 400 HP, so my rating could be a bit low due to this factor, but handling is good.

Brief description
I had only driven this car briefly eventhough I own it. The handling is pretty good for a AWD car, maybe due to its lightweight body. I remember going for a battle against 2 almost fully-tuned cars at Hakone and gave them a really good fright for a 360HP car, running them neck-to-neck all the way to the end. Highly recommended for beginners!

Brief description
Another car belonging to another of my friend. the heavy body works no favour for it in stock form, especially in the acceleration department. But I believe once it is optimumly tuned it shall be a good car.

Brief description
A proper handling car, but has a tendency to snap into oversteer once too often. Top speed is commendable too, with strong acceleration for quick exit out of corners.

I've a small problem with this. The opinions given are going to be biased depending on the Driver's experience with different cars and how they drive. I'd like to suggest that when reviewing a car, we put only specifics about the car in the review.

Plus, would there be any point in multiple reviews for one car?

It's a peaky little girl, meaning it has a TEENY Tiny powerband between 7000 and 9000RPM. Fall out of that and your acceleration drops like a rock; not that you had that much to begin with. To compensate however, it'll twitch on command; especially when you have traffic thrown your way.

Well its just like movie reviews. Some say movies are good and some say they are bad. Depends if the viewer wants to watch the movie or not.

Number of Gears - 5 Acceleration - 8/10 - It's just better on Aero C Top Speed - 6/10 - I don't know. But I know it's crappy Overall Handling - 8/10 - WELCOME TO THE COLE TRAIN! Ease to drive - 10/10 - In fact, it's like secks. Fun - 9.5/10 - Come on, the lightest GT-R in the game? It's fun, alright. Ram - 4/10 - It's so mediocre, I can cry. But, it's gonna change. Yes, it will. Block - 4/10 - Dagnabbit, I don't think it can even block a Subaru R2. Battle - 5/10 - That's why I hardly bring it out to battle. I get bullied. Overall - 7/10 - How many people in Malaysia you see play the Hakosuka till FT and FD? That's right. None.

Ram - 9.5/10 - Oh ho.... Block - 9.5/10 - Oh ho ho.... Battle - 10/10 - OH HO HO HOOOOO! Overall - 7/10 - I treat my vehicles the same.

I don't put TA records cuz....I hardly play TA anyways. I am more of a battle-happy guy.

Cadillac Escalade.

RX8

Pros: Handling, Stability, Predictable Sliding, Good Grip, Time Attack.
Cons: Overall Speed, Small Sweetspot for Acceleration, Ramming Power.
Verdict: One of the best TA cars and a good battler if you can get to the front.

Evo9

Pros: Acceleration, Weight, Grip, Stability.
Cons: Understeers a bit, Overall Speed, Not very nimble.
Verdict: Good battler and solid TA car.

Z33

Pros: Overall Speed, Acceleration, High Speed Control.
Cons: Steers Wide, Dismal Grip, Ramming & Blocking.
Verdict: This car can GO. In a straight line that is. Go for a Z34 instead.

HIACE

Pros: Top Speed (if you ever get there), Weight, Blocking & Ramming, Fun.
Cons: Overall Handling, Acceleration, Grip.
Verdict: Use for battles only, for your own good. Laugh at their face if you beat someone's TA time.

@Greentea I don't know about you but I like this 'template' better.

You would really only want to be driving this car only because it is

a ) Different and challenging to drive.

b ) It's the sexiest looking car in the game with Aero C and no wing + Advan RS (Which is my set up, looks like a Ferrari).

tl ; dr It's the equivilant to using Bowser or DK in Super Mario Kart. Top speed is there, but once you hit a wall you're f**ked.
