hey I don't even know why I love this game so much considering I actually drove trucks. I have been playing about a year and its a great driving game especially with a good wheel. got great mods, tons of roads, if you count mods really fun selection of vehicles. just heads up since it comes on steam sales for like 9 bucks with an expansion, I seriously cant get enough of it and it is a game worth buying. even when I played at first with a keyboard I did like 90 hours so good value!

and yes its got customizations! everyone should try it, sure its not racing but maneuvering trailers and parking them is a great challenge for people not familiar with it. especially with mods that allow for oversized and super heavy loads! if you have a wheel with an h gate shifter you will have a blast hittin all dem gears!

ahah i got this in steam sale (i think it was around $8 or something) a while back and played a bit using DS3, it's quite fun and you get to chuck on your own music as well. i never got any expansions or did any modding, just got the standard game.

there's just something about driving a big truck/trailer with eurobeat that's so satisfying

...i may or may not have ran multiple cars off the road

I have the ETS collection, I'm playing more of ETS2 however, I wonder if the Scandinavian DLC has been released yet. Love delivering dangerous goods.

I can't find a car mod that is updated to the newest patch, need something to do when I'm not trucking. If only the ETS2 map can be brought to other games as a mod. All the roads in this game are too good to waste it on trucks only.

I hope they make a Tokyo DLC soon tho that would entice me to actually try it out.

I have all the mods. the jazzycat mods give you 100+new cars in traffic, custom trucks in traffic, and over 100 new cargos between the packs. if you don't have these, they will make this game better than it is now for you by 100x. i have been play A LOT and i still see new cargos, cars, trucks, every time i play. you must have these mods for this game, period. they all work for the 1.16 version for me, and with every other mods i have tried. i am using quite a few.

you can also haul super long loads and theres on i have found that's like 89T in the military cargo pack.

also doing all the map mods, the promods is good it makes some better interchanges and gives you scandanavia france and some more Italy. if you have one account do this one, it is also compatable with a Russia mod.

i have 3 profiles now, promods running only American trucks, tsm running the scania t and American trucks, and a promods+russia where i am focusing back on euro trucks but w tuning mods for more parts.

hahaha yeah bad crash physics. even the ai do weird stuff. other day I saw a car vertical in front of a bus as I was driving by.
