That's the body kit C for the FD...you'll get it soon... I don't know what's the overall performance of the body kit though... I don't have an FD...  |

I recently did a TA at C1 Outbound and got a time of 3'00. I know its still slow but I'm slowly getting there. I might change my current setup on my FD soon if it equates to improving my TA.

Trust me, just changing the setup won't make every car suddenly shave lots of time off of the drivers record. Considering that your driving an FD, I say you just need to practice more, the RX-7 handle just fine, so just attack the course more. The first TA I did with my Supra I got 3'00'000 with no experience at all. The second run I got 2'58'000 and as I drove on the course more, I shaved off more and more time with the exact same setup. |

Hi everyone,
I've got a Mazda Eunos Cosmo  This car slides like crazy, and is much easier to mess up corners with when compared to the other more popular cars, but it seems to be one of the best in terms of high-speed acceleration and total top speed. Currently i've got: Aero Kit C Carbon Ducted Bonnet Rays Versus Gabbana Rims Model Specific Spoiler is there anyone else here that uses this car at all?  |

I have no idea... It's great on Hakone considering the fact that it's a light weight FR that has great handling... But I'm not seeing much RX-8s in the IR of Hakone... Osaka however...An RX-8 is currently holding the top spot for Eng machines...  |

FD, FC and RX-8 performs quite well on hakone.. because they are handling type cars..
all 3 cars are capable of getting fast time on hakone.. check jap records FWAR !! Hakone - Inbound, and Hakone- Outbound I personal went FD.. just cos i love that car !! |

Just go with the car you prefer, performancewise or by appearance..
As for you RB33, I told you the other day didn't I? c1 is up to you..you and you only..your FD's set-up won't do much on your TA Record.  I'm happy more and more use Mazdas nowadays..may I know who elese use RX-8 as their primary/secondary car?  |

It doesn't have much power... I think the one with most power in all 3 RX series is the FD...I think... But yea...the RX-8 is a bit underpowered in my opinion... |

Well i like my rx-8 because first of all, it was my first car in maximum tune
Have you heard of any other set ups for the rx-8 that seem to be decent or good? |

Well...the set-up I'm currently using seems ok to me... Aero B Yokohama 3-spoke 3D-GT wing Ducted CF hood Aero mirrors Great cornering abilities with this setting...I think... Grips well while able to over steer and slide when you wish to...  |

Atm i've gathered these from you guys ; Aero A kit Aero A wing Carbon hood First Enkei rims Aero Set B Aero Set B Wing Stock mirrors Ray Volks rims (will verify and update later) bonnet with ducts |

I dont think it matters because usually I can adjust to how the kit acts, how it turns, how fast it goes, etc. |

Yep They are better than people think they are, but they aren't top tier at all. It takes a while to get used to them, and learn how to "control the slide" They are a 4-gear, large car, so their pushing ability is good, and their high speed acceleration is also great . Unfotunately due to their size/weight, they aren't very nimble through the corners.
