I think athletes can hold much longer. 2 minutes is the max stretch I've ever done (at 'near death experience' lol), but I suppose that's still kinda short compared to general population. |

If I'm using breathing techniques, then probably slightly above 3 mins. If normal, around 1:40

Don't feel like timing myself now, lol. But once I swam 4 lengths of a motel pool underwater. Took roughly a minute.
