Hi, I just started this game...Mind if I ask should I finish all the story chapter to maximize my car speed and handle or should I vs other player...And if I finish upgrade my 1st car and I create another car will I need to start from scratch again? Thanks

but to answer your question, assuming you're on international so wmmt5/dx+ and not mt3 (with the magnetic cards) you have to play (and win) 59 stories to get to 830hp (full tune). VS battles don't increase your cars ability.

and yeah you're right, if you make another car you will have to start over. but if you get a friend to send a discard to you (or buy a 2nd banapass and send it from your 1st banapass to the other) you can start in Story 20 rather than Story 1.
