HI FELLAS! Gregg here from Baguio City, Philippines. Started playing WMMT4 just about 2 months ago and I was hooked instantly. Been a fan of racing games all my life. Even tried playing some Initial D for a while back in college. Since the MT4 units came to our local mall, it already had quite a following and hopefully I can invite some of the local players here to join the forum as well. Only problem here is the price per game is a bit steeper compared to other areas. Thanks to a stable job at the hospital, I can somehow feed my urge to play from time to time. Lol Anyways, I'm really hoping to meet some of you guys in person and maybe pick up a few pointers/techniques. See you guys around!

Thank you sir. And theomarangelo is right at P60/game. No swipe cards here. Just tokens, sooo sadly, no bonus loads for us. *sigh* So if you need an empty space on your wallet fast, this is a good place to do it! Haha

Nope! Not in our town. That sort of thing is sacrelige here. The only time i can get "free" tokens is whenever I (or a friend) have a couple of coupons from the SM Advantage Card coupon booklet. Pathetic right?! Oh well, either whine about it all day or just shut up and play. *sigh*

Actually how I computed it is this:500php+200php bonus load (250 if platinum when you accumulate 25k) Since the original price is 50 (it's 50 because if the 20php share of Namco) 700/50=14 games so it's like playing 500/14 instead of 500/10 because of the bonus. So 500/14=35.71. Total profit of Timezone per game with VAT=10php. I believe Quantum gets 40php profit per game so yeah, ask the Philippines Thread for more inquires

If you want to save money, there's a place here in Manila where they sell 10php per game but its the older version which is 3dx+ and the bonus there is 100 when you load 200 so it's 6.67php per game.

Meh too lazy to explain

Summary:
Timezone MT4:
50php per play
500+200 bonus load
=35.71php per game

I kind of sorta got it..... *whew* Haha. Yup, will be heading to Trinoma tomorrow. My Timezone Powercard still has a lot of credits so might as well do some JapCha or Story. It's P10 cheaper than what we have hear so i'll take it any day! haha.. Didn't have a chance to play 3Dx+ in the past so maybe i'll just be sticking to MT4. Thanks for the heads up, though. Lemme confirm that timezone bonus of 250 for platinum for 500 pesos when you load on thier counter

But I will confirm for Quantum/Power Station's promo of 500 get 250 free

EDIT: called Timezone ermita for no extra bonus for platinum, when I loaded 500 I still got 200 free load

It would be much more convenient if we also had those powercards they have on timezone here in Baguio. Plus the bonus load.. *sigh* It's kinda funny when you imagine players here having to play with a (literally) plastic full of tokens. Kinda old-school if i have to say so myself. Hahaha

in Tom's World they used 5 peso coins instead of tokens, from what I remember some branches of Tom's World have different tokens sizes

actually the fun part was idiotic kids or unsuspecting person puts a 5 peso coins there and leaves a 1/10 credit

they can't apply token system in WMMT4 unless....

Well, I have a friend who had lots of tokens. Well, last time we played we used up a few, so her pouch still had lots left...

Now it's kinda depressing... I still can't play MT4, due to budget restraints...

I use a pouch when I'm playing at Tom's world because I always buy the 200php+100php promo

@UbeR how much is the largest promo you could get there?

The arcade that me, kenzz and stavy go to has this deal

this only applies on tuesday but you can cash in credits and walk out due to the convenience of cards.

I think Philippines still has the cheapest MT4 (not sure)
$100 promo applied= 1.20aus or 49php there
