Heya! First of all i'd like to start off by saying you guys have done a smashing job here! Let's see if we can get a little community of wangan fans going here!

But now let's get to the point...
I'm guessing everyone here knows about the wangan midnight movies. I live in Australia so it's pretty hard to buy or find anything remotely to do with wangan midnight. Basicaly all we got is arcade game #2. I've been looking arround like a madman for the wangan movies. I need em on digital format. I've basicaly given up on buying them so does anyone here know of a torrent or site where i can download these awesome movies??? Please help i'm desperate!!! I wanna know the whole story of WM!!!

There is no torrent or download for the movies. And I doubt there will be any soon until I put the movies onto the computer. The reason why you will have such a hard time searching for the movies is because they never made it to DVD format. All the movies were only released on VHS. Since they were only released on VHS they have no subtitles.

I am in the process of putting the movies onto a digital format so we can fansub the movie series. The Movies cost a lot of money and I want the series to be subbed properly so I may have to pay some for that.

If you want to help out, it would mean a lot if you could donate. Without enough donations I don't think it will be possible to sub all the movies. The donation link is on the main site.

If you still want to buy some of the movies I can order them for you and ship them. But like I have said before, Each movie costs a lot of money because of the rarity.

If by movies you mean the Shuto Kousoku ones, then yes there are torrents available, I myself haven't actually downloaded them since i'm on dial-up (gotta save the money up for PS3 and steering wheel hehe) but I would also rather own a dubbed and digital version instead, until then you can try these links

All those movies were ripped and torrented by me. Those are NOT the Wangan Midnight movies.

The Wangan Midnight movies have never been ripped or subtitled. The Shuto Kousoku Movies are completely different.

Thanks for the link Pacman. I'll give the torrent a shot. As for the actual Wangan Midnight Movies, Hara, you are a god!!! I would give you all my money but unfortunatley I am but a poor teenager. (You can have the $3 Aus in my bank account if you like, i'm not much better cash wise either). I'll have to get a job or something. But i'll definatley be giving once i've got the dosh

Actually they have, or atleast the first one has been. I have myself downloaded it from somewhere. Can't remember where it was, but found it through some Z car enthusiast site. The file itself is bit broken, and won't work with basic media players, but VLC plays it fine. Oh, and it doesn't have subs.

Yes, I slightly forgot about that rip, I should have rephrased to "ripped and subtitled".

I did see the rip but it was done somewhat poorly. Then again it is only a VHS.

But it still is fun to watch. Although the music is quite creepy.

Are all those the same movie, or different ones?

Those movies are all different. They're part of a series called Shuto Kousoku Trial. They follow various characters and their stories while they race on the Shutoku Expressway. So far number 1 was my favourite. I just didnt understand number 3.

Shuto Kousoku Trial are DIFFERENT from the Wangan Midnight movies. The Shuto Kousoku Trial movies are loosely based on Keichi Tsuchiya's life story. The Wangan Midnight movies follow the manga pretty well. The only thing is, they have aged the characters to around 20 so they are out of highschool. Otherwise, they are pretty decent.

I am looking forward to better quality rips and FINALLY subs for the Wangan Midnight movies. I'll try to help out anyway I can.

me too, I wouldn't mind helping out as long as I can watch these movies with a good dub.

I downloaded a raw and just finished watching the live action movie a while ago. Dunno wat version is it. Heard there are many versions but I didnt understand what they were saying though. It looked like a classic and the chics were ugly. Movie looks crappy 2. The cars make up for it though. The real stars were the cars. Hehe.

Guy's I have a problem or a dont not if is right,the thing is that the torrent downloads are very slow when my connection is a MODEM!!!

Can any body tell me whats wrong or what am my doing wrong?

Anyone know where I can download Shuto Kousoku Trial Max? I am downloading 2-5 right now and cant find a torrent for Max.

I'm downloading 1-4 and max right now, I found the links on here some while searching for a WM Live Action download.

I found out the Shuto Kousoku Trial 5 I downloaded was actually Max. So I am missing Shuto Kousoku Trial 5.

Can someone seed 4?

In google you find Shuto Kousoku 1,2 and 3 and they are free to download,the only ones that i dont have is 4 and the rest of it.

Yeah I already download Shuto Kousoku 1 2 & 3 from google video. They're on my ipod.
