As for me, woman I broke up with few weeks ago started to bother me and text this and that, so my solution was to just throw my philippine prepaid sim away... she broke my trust completely.

Having fun with a new friend here, not ready to get into another relationship yet.. Wish I would have realized being friends with someone, could let you get to know them even better.. As friends you can tell each other secrets and other things... just trust each other.... The right one will show up in due time

last time i had a girlfriend it failed since their parents found out and tried to hunt me down.

haha why did they hunt you dude?? I had that happen, it was scary as hell, I saw them rushing my ex gf apartment.. so I couldn't hide.. when they got there, they were very polite hehe and drank tea together.. but I swear I was gonna die

Seriously, it was quite a "rough" experience courting her since she was the only girl among them... not to mention the youngest... So you can imagine the security blanket around her back then being provided by her parents and brothers...

the longest ive ever gone with a girl is 10 months. then she started drinking heaps because she started going to heaps of parties and got outta control so i just broke it off.

i once went 2 this girls house & her parents saw me they thought i was her BF & the funny thing was when the girl ask her mom how come she didn't disapprove was because there parents knew if we were together we split cuz at the 1st glance at me they said that i would screw myself over be4 her parent would have 2

& at the end we never quite started cuz i was 2 much of a friend

last time i went to girls house, her mum found me and a couple of other guys and some other girls absolutely drunk off our asses. she didnt really mind XD but she doesnt really like me hanging around with her daughter anymore but i think its blown over by now

In any case, srenity, you are sort of right that people who post or give advice in these sort of threads do have relationship problems as well. I have my fair share, only went out twice and that's about it plus I've never had a GF since then.

Yeah thats true, chances are that if you're in a relationship your pretty likely to have problems but thats whet their about. Getting through the problems and helping each other out through it.

As for the whole parents and their children thing, my ex was always at my house ( ) and my parents didn't mind, in fact they really like her being around. Then i met her parents one day and he dad was pretty okay with me but her mom didn't really have a good vibe ( i wonder why )

Everyones going to be protective with their babies, same way how you wouldn't want anyone getting your daughter pregnant. I know I'm gonna be protective if i have a daughter

I dunno. Most parents I met with when I was going out were rather okay with me. Maybe its because I give off the vibe I'm trustworthy and will not do anything to piss her or any of them off. But then again, girls are much more sensitive than us guys really in this issue.

And seriously, GG and a thousand internets if someone on this forum does that to any girl...

lol, I've had some bad times in the past but enjoying being single this year actually. Lots of freedom, able to go out and talk to whichever girls you like without getting beaten by your girl lol. Who knows whats in the future though

I'm 3 months single right now after a serious 10 month relationship, and I'm not gonna lie, I really have no complaints.

Sure, there're girls I'd like to be dating right now, but my spending would shift from my car to the girl, and at this stage of the game, the car'll be around longer
