Well, the title says it all. We have threads for cars we love, cars we want, but none I think for cars we abhor. There's always this car that everyone else likes, but we think its one of the worst cars ever made.

My personal irrational dislike is the Nissan GTR.

To start off, the GTR should have been a godsend for an Import fan such as myself, the first Japanese car to be able to truly take on today's supercars. However, I find it a disgrace to the GTR line, and personally, there is no reason to buy one of these when the Corvette or Viper exists. The GTR's of yesteryear were turbocharged souped up family coupes, similar to the Lancer Evolution. The new one is simply a bloated, hideous, heavy box of a car. It's like if Mitsubishi made a car called the Evolution. No.

I definitely respect the amount of engineering and the performance it has, but many have said it to be the dullest fast car next to the Audi R8. They say you don't do much of the driving. Annoying fanboys don't help either "AMS ULTRA GTRZZ PWNZ ALL!1!!!". Pshh, anyone can get 4000hp of an engine. "BUT TEH AMS GTRZZZ REKZ EVERYTHING!!!" its not even a stock car stop comparing it to stock cars.

I'm sorry if I offended anybody. But feel free to post your opinions.

-Toyota Tercels because their owners are often slow drivers

-Honda Fits because their owners are highway asshats

-Modern Chevy Camaros because owners put Lambo doors on them

-Any Porsches you can find in a dealership right now. They're either ugly or a rehash of last year's design. By last year, I means they do it every year

-non-V8 classic muscle cars, because they're heavy and slow....pretty much you're buying them for the looks and nostalgia, nothing else.

-Audis (Aside from R8) because they all look the same

-Modern Acuras - I don't like the MDX, FVD, DVD, HBO...I don't even remember their model names

-Non-ST Focus - rented it TWICE, different generations, still-don't-like-it. The interface sucks, the wheel feels cheap, and it has worse auto transmission than my granny's Opel

-Jeep - just no....

The VW Scirocco (new one)

This car is the purest epitome of a ricer model, and has the selling point of the original Mustang. Which was "people don't care if your car isn't fast, just make it look fast." Unlike the Mustang, the Scirocco was never fast. Just like the Toyota 86, this car is a favorite among rich youngsters around here, never mind that neither of them have good performance, just the looks.

What's even worse is that their fanboys are just as bad as GTR fanboys, claiming that 420 hp can be gotten easily from them. Sure kiddo, you know what else has a I4 Turbo for about the same price? The Lancer Evo, which can be tuned north of 800hp. Unlike the GTR, which still has some edge over its competitors, the Scirocco has no edge over the Evo, WRX STi, Mazdaspeed 3, or even the Golf R.

It is a simply a ricers car.

It's perfectly reasonable to hate that POS. This thread is supposed to express your dislike on a car everybody doesn't hate.

Slow cars made to look fast or dressed up with "go fast" parts without any understand how/why those go fast parts actually work.

This logic applies to "fast" cars made to look "faster" or dressed up with "faster" parts without any understand how/why those go fast parts actually work.

Ricers don't count cause everybody hates them. It has to be something nobody else hates, but you absolutely abhor for your own reasons.

I sometimes cringed to a fact that they over-accessorized a normal city car, just like a normal XV40 Toyota Camry slapping a straight GT wing but the wing was installed in reverse, I did saw the pic at first and when I really saw it in the flesh almost spouted WTFITS in Makati

Next was a compact sedan/hatch lets say either a common Toyota Vios to a Hyundai Getz and lets say slapping a class similar to Bosch Europa Horn (horns used by larger sedans) and tragically it wasn't a pair but two pairs meaning 4 horns and honestly the owner will need a large 12v battery (lets say DIN100 should be suffice) since stock ones are tiny if I were compare to a normal household battery a vios uses AAA battery but slapping C or even D just to use the darn horn effectively

Next was the fake carbon fiber decals/sticker that you would slap in your hood and other places, and you can even stick it to your cellphone's rear case

Actually cars with good rims with simple retouch and that I can accept, but overkilling it that sometimes makes me cringe or yet stupified

I can't stand MT cars that all look the same. It's like everytime I play VS, all of my opponents will be Lancer Evo IX/RX8/Evo VIII with GT wings, stickers, and aero set A for IX, Set C/B for SE3P, and what ever aero set in Evo 8 that gives you two vents on the rear bumper.

@+-!mma_N00B-+ you shouldn't take seriously a website that lists a Buick Roadmaster as one of the 10 best cars of the 90s. Sure it was quick (and came with wood trim), but a far cry from the 90s legends.

The ruf ctr3 is unattractive for me and the blackbird ctr still looks better

The original Trueno was a sleeper with brilliant handling, but still glacially slow. This new one has good handling, but as glacially slow (compared to today's cars) without any sleeper factor.

Newer generations of the Skyline and the R35 GTR.

Honda Integra, Civic, Accord, Prelude: No, putting a cannon on an automatic car, a massive spoiler and 20 inch chrome rims does NOT make it any faster or 'JDM as F**K'

I loathe stance. Hell ricing > stance IMO. Frankly F*ck those people who put insane cambers, rpf1s, and a carbon hood on eg6s, and all the swarms of people be like : HURR DURR CLEAN CAR BRAH, JDM 4 LYFE!! If you're going to do car, do it right with body kits, wheels and underglows.

Before I start, For the GT-R thing:

Hate the people, not the car. The latter 2000s was a reformation and the GT-R35 is quite decent on its initial debut (even if I called it the baby of an R34 that had sex with the 350z); and to me, it ends there. The BE onwards with the facelifts and extra bumper trims are already breaking it. So it's only the 1st gen R35 GTR I respect.

It's by no means a disgrace; to me at least, it's more like Nissan throwing off the facade and showing the world how capable they are on their car's natural state (since the R390road car).

It's your opinion so I have to respect that.

Ironically, as much as the R34 is my dream car, majority of the community ruined it converting it from Disney's Miley Cyrus into the Wrecking Ball Twerking Cyrus of today. Like I said - hate the people who ruined the car; not the car itself / the people who created the car.

@Gunma I do agree with you on the rx8 cuz its got a bigger smile and I don't like rx8's front look but the back looks good
