I'm pretty sure most of the MT sellers do that now. They list the auction for $1 and have some high amount for shipping to save on fees. But like it says 11 cards for $90 ($1 auction + $89 shipping). Or at least I think thats how it works? |

Yes they are.

It's an MT card loaded onto a train ticket. Easily done, you can save an MT card onto any kind of magnetic card. Hell, we even duplicated my hiace onto an ID3 card. I'm guessing that's a HK train ticket |
