Little update to the side project.

Nick, the kid im helping with his Supra. He brought his head over from the machine shop were we reinstalled the cams, and proceeded to install new studs, and coat all studs in anti seize.

after fighting with the tie rods for the better half of the day I finally got them off. Looser than a 60yr old porn start. The moog replacements should be nice.

just need to torque em down and stake the washers. Hopefully with new inner and outer tie rods this thing will feel solid again.

Well, the start of collecting the bits for my fuel upgrade is underway. I acquired a HKS VPC and GCC for a Pre89 for a good price. The VPC harness that runs through the engine bay was a little baked so I decided to replace all the cooked wire back to a point where it was still soft. Decided to replace the cracked and flaking sleeve that wrapped the wires with Nylon braided sleeve (said it was rated to 302'F). Came out pretty nice if I say so myself.
