Well long story seriously, can't be bothered to share but ah well. Ain't young anymore.

Believe it or not I'm nowhere near 100% completion for main game, plus I can't bring myself to finish the mountain, let alone the hot wheels pack omg... The idea seems great, then comes the horrible car handling, omg driving an OP RWD "big single" streetcar is virtually impossible getting stuck in the middle of nowhere in the sky...

I dunno i can never be competitive in this sort of thing, i remember some friends started posting GT5/6 laptimes and i was like oh ok ill give it a try. Then i chose the car they're using, did my lap and was like 8 seconds off. That was the last of that

V12 Trans Am with wallriding. I feel disgusted doing it lol.

I think 12min is ok; street car. Put me in a Supra maybe I end up 13's or 14's instead. All-purpose setting = I don't got no race tyre grip.

As for me, I dunno, I think I could take down that timing, but my issues is getting far too tense (my controller locking up doesn't help). Anyways LaFerrari lacks that last bit of speed so a 9'09 on it IMO is still commendable. Props.

Meanwhile, I concede... no mics keep disturbances away in solo online running, no irritants to spoil shit. But in games with friends, REALLY don't know who's friend or foe... and whether somebody's ramming action was lulz trollz, or if it was in revenge for someone else trolling.

Didn't know that crazy fast Charger was a friend, and here I was avoiding that green Z33. Yea was riled up by him several times but I can let it go. Stuff happens so oh well, just drive on.

I went all-out FT on whatever Supra I have, but it's reserved for relaxing cruises only. Can't survive Unbeatable AI let alone a no-holds-barred humans race. No way! >_<

Sometimes when I'm bored I'll put music on, then run the main highway including the back straight past the valley and back to the city area. Have to wonder, do Level 1000+ players still get wheelspins on bar fill, or are they stuck with forzathons only? Envious of those star-wielders even though ultimately skill matters, not rank... that 1000 figure is really a mix of love-hate-envy to me.

Btw those Wangan decals on your Ferrari, was that downloaded? I couldn't find one at the time so I just hackjobbed one myself based on the MT5 logo... was too lazy to put the "MAXIMUMTUNE" text at the bottom of it though.

P.S. Work = busy but I should probably join the occasional coop Goliath run more. Seems good all-round practice no matter if timings get broken or not or whatever.

Oh-how-conveniently they threw in a troublesome forzathon, WIN a game of King, not just complete... just when it's a busy weekend from my end later on...

Have to get lucky unless you guys want to do a take-turns game or something? Not too good at games especially when King enforces a !single! winner out of 12. Dunno yet if any King works, or if it is strictly a pub King game, but I don't mind that arrangement myself since losing doesn't mean much in Games (rotate winner).

(IMO the previously troublesome forzathon was the G55* jump... one day event and it was already night time and work the next day. I did not want to use someone else's tune but I had no choice, was already past sleep time... can they stop manipulating the win criteria to force people to turn on the spying crap long enough for them to get more super sekrit info bcos corporate greed...)

*Or was it G63, forgot the name of that big Mercedes that is soooo /stereotype targeted towards the rich MidEast customers...

that was a pain in the ass for me too, i watched someones video and saw they took the jump from the other way/slightly different route then i got it a little bit after.

Rushed all the targets, the first game I joined in with some S1 rally car I got eaten 1v1 against an (at least it was RWD) S2 Charger. Second game I ended up eating an X999 with an S2.

Whatever the first person was thinking, I sure don't share their sentiments. I had to eat a different fella anyway but doesn't change the fact that I don't like doing it.

Such is pragmatism.

At least I don't have to think about this anymore for now, so much for a day off from the grind.

For the Mercedes one, my own tune made it to within 1m a couple times, got frustrated because I took too long, then downloaded one of them helper tunes that I was genuinely surprised with. That tune actually picked up speed on the uphill wheres mine wouldn't climb no matter what I tried.

Under 9 minutes, that is fast... and you are climbing the XP ranks damn fast. Leaves you wondering where the #@$% are you going to find the remaining 17 seconds to be the fastest prancing horse up there.

Hundreds of laps is no joke; even as a kid going at it non-stop, I wouldn't even game THAT long... yeah sure 1990's internet was slow then, but still.

Don't kill your eyes now, plus summer's over. (looks over at Japan with all the whining schoolkids - eh, I ain't going back to that life.)
