That's the 3rd time someone has taken the Wangan title away from me! When I found out for the first time, I thought that my New Belt Line title would of been lost, not the Wangan title...

Now I need an excuse to get my South Sacramento butt up to Roseville to take it back dry.gif

i used to drive from south sac to roseville. now gas is too expensive. also, im not into the game as i was when i was still @ CSUS. it was convenient to have mt3 on campus, but now mt3 is gone from csus and im graduated. so yah. maybe ill one day drive out there. likely not for a while tho.

SFSU doesn't have much of a crowd for MT3 anymore so the staff doesn't take care of it as much anymore. At best you get one working machine at a time. I use to go to the arcade at metreon but they do not care about their machines, the brake problem has been going on since november or december of 07 and every once in a while when they're out of cards they take around a month to refill. The place I go to the most is Castro Valley Golf Land but only during free play on saturdays. They have 4 machines and they are pretty well kept.

Dang, I won't be able to defend what I got today up in Roseville...

I hope to get one more Mania session in before school starts and I won't be able to head up as often.

EDIT: Next week will probably be my final opportunity for awhile

at most their were only around 5 people that played their regularly and now most of them play else where. Those crowns are worthless imo. If you want a easy fastest in the metro highway title go for it

Ah...

Well, if you were wondering, it wasn't me who took it in the first place. It was BRETT. I just happened to take it from him on my third try.

I intend to take his Yokohane time that he took from you, too.

Well I could of guessed that eventually I could lose it all...and from the talk, I just might.

Then again, I wasn't expecting them to last for long. Maybe a couple of weeks, a month probably stretching it.

The problem I have is going back there time after time again.

Well, Brett tried to take that Wangan Crown from me, but I took it back, and then, just to spite him, I took the Yokohane Crown.

I almost had your C-1 Crown, but I screwed up and hit a truck on a turn. ONLY 200 METERS LEFT! D: <

Anywho, I wanted to pitch the idea of us starting a NorCal team, if you wanted to. I'm all up for it, but I wanted to ask you first.

I was up there about 3 hours ago.

I got back all three (Yokohane, Wangan, and New Belt), but once I got done KYOTO comes up and he takes back the New Belt crown.

And starting up a NorCal team? That would be interesting...

If somehow this team gets formed, I would like to put my plan of hosting a tournament in Sacramento (well more like Roseville @ GL) sometime this year, if not early 2009 probably during Winter break. It would be a coming out party for the team, and if this tournament can attract players from the Bay Area and maybe SoCal in addition to NorCal players...

well, if ur gonna throw a tourney, ull likely need to make it a 1 on 1 tourney seeing as the two machines on the far left of rvgl are in bad shape. unless they somehow got fixed.

Hmmm...this is why we need another acrade opened up in Sacramento (especially one in South Sac/Elk Grove), or at least Scandia off of I-80 & Madison to acquire some MT3 machines.

if only they had the money. but scandia sucks and the place is cheap. rvgl arcade techs claim that fixing the shifters are too expensive. i just go to ccl on occasion to play once in a while. im pretty much retired. the only time i play is if i feel like trying to break my records i set back when i was @ csus. too lazy to drive to rvgl.

Well Scandia has ID4 machines but not MT3.
If this tourney idea goes through, then that'll give them motivation to fix them...I hope.
I go to CCL to grind (come on, $.25 continues? I can easily beat story mode with just $20).
Overall, NorCal sucks for MT3...better off going to the Bay or SoCal for some "decent" action.
