Um how much would a 825hp 3DX R32 cost? With legendary title?

Depending on your current HP at the moment. If you're on 820HP right now, that'll be 20 * 0.40 cents = USD 8.

Adding Legendary title? You mean Legendary R master title? Because the "Legendary GT-R" only exist for MT3.
Cost for adding this title(a bit hard to obtain) is USD 10.

I'm at 620 HP atm story 22-23 i believe on mt3dx+ how much it cost for 825? and neon if possible

Honestly you're probably better off just buying a rename.
His base price per story is $0.40 to 825 a car is 100 plays. Neon I don't remember what the earliest you can get it but its about 114 plays to get to level 46 dress up.

Earliest Neon is at Dress-up lv.42 (Green)

Which took about 98 plays(with my own Dressing-up methods) from Lv. 0.

If you just want to have car with 825HP & Neon at cheapest cost. I'd suggest buy those rename ones like the one you put on your sig there. Those people who choose to use my tuning services mainly are:

• 70%: Players who tuning base rename cards (MT3 / MT3DX)
• 20%: Players who want to have perfect no loses stats on his card.
• 10%: Players who want to have a car which they knew the history/progress of the car how it was tuned.
• 0%: Players who have no idea what they're paying for.
