I heard from vnpython (i think) that it was around $1 for a game in Hanoi.
Too bad I'll never go there because my parents are from South Vietnam and they don't intend travelling there and I probably won't go by myself because I can't speak fluent Vietnamese lolol. |

Cebu is the cheapest WMMT4 in PHL at 38 pesos, unless if you're that lucky in Tom's world above 4/10 credits  i do remember I slapped few more 5 peso coins when the credits are at 5/10 thus 25 pesos needed to play  |
