hey who knows...and Shigeno wants to get to Toyota's side of some deal or something...or its just a Art for Initial-D featuring the all new Toyota 86...
1. Keisuke will get the CF hood upgrade later in the series; probably after the race with team Spiral's Z33. 2. Ryosuke will come back because PAST LIFE. I will not say any further. If you followed IDW's discussion and Manga updates or the arcade game, you know what I'm talking about. 3. Shinji Inui in the opening; if you've already figured it out because 86 Coupe, is featured in a spin-off/rip-off classic ID1st stage OP segment during the 5th stage opening. 4. This is still to be discussed in terms of art though it may have already been resolved: Natsuki Mogi's design and Mika Uehara's design is somewhat similar, then when Mika's in a ponytail, she looks like Kazumi Akiyama; only a red head/brunette. 5. Mika's more livelier than Natsuki, where the latter was just a prosti-/shot 6. Keisuke's face was hotter back in 4th stage; in 5th stage, he looked more Bozooku/Boozooku/WHATEVER/Japanese Gangmember than someone who gave up that life; but I love his hair so much. 7. Itsuki has improved. Wait... ITSUKI HAS IMPROVED?! 8. Fake Project D FD = Kyoko FD painted yellow. 9. Fake Project D 86 = 2nd Gen AE86, Takumi's is the 1st gen AE86; denoted by the extra red bar in the tail lights of the fake Project D's 86.

Alright, for those who are too lazy to watch it and are waiting for a summary of the first episode, here's my summary with lots of details. Keep in mind that the one I downloaded has no subs, and I don't speak Japanese. You can download it at the link I posted above, with much better quality than the Youtube version.
SPOILER
The episode starts out with a long scrolling message in Japanese, which I would guess explains the events that have happened prior to the start of Fifth Stage. Eventually, the scene shifts from the sky down to earth, where a sleeping Shibukawa and Mount Akina can be seen. A few seconds later, you can see headlights rounding a curve...Takumi is doing his deliveries in the Impreza (remember, the Trueno suffered suspension damage from the God Arm battle). He starts to think to himself, probably about the tires. After he is done, he goes back to the tofu shop where Bunta is outside smoking a cigarette...nothing new there. However, I believe he asks what happened to the 86, and Takumi explains it suffered suspension damage on the trip to Ibaraki. They talk about it briefly before Takumi heads inside. Later, Takumi heads to the gas station (which has been renamed to Essa, compared to a simple GS in Fourth Stage) to hang out with Itsuki, Iketani, Kenji, and Yuichi. Shortly after, Kenji gets mad at Itsuki for saying something and I believe he says his line "RACERS DON'T NEED GIRLFRIENDS!". Shortly after this, Kenji brings a fake Project D up to Takumi. He explains the origins of the team to him; they originate from Saitama. Takumi appears to question it, but I'm not sure.
The scene shifts from the gas station to a mountain road. Itsuki takes Takumi for a spin in the 85 Levin. While driving, Takumi appears to be bothered about what Kenji told him. They proceed to talk about it. Then, Natsuki gets brought up...the scene shifts to a flashback (I'm assuming from First Stage when they were in the 86 together at the lake). After coming back to the present, and a few words from Takumi, the scene shifts to a packed parking area with several cars (SVX, Mercedes E-Class, R32, 180SX, Celsior, S13, and another that I believe is an FTO). While they stand at the drink machines drinking the drinks they just bought, they overhear someone bring up Project D's double aces (obviously the imposters). They watch somebody walk by them, and question this. It then shows the 86 and FD pulling up. The 86 driver sort of reminds me of the S15 driver from Fourth Stage, the FD driver looks like an older and slightly fatter version of Keisuke. In addition, the fake Takumi appears to have the same voice as Ko-chan from Wangan Midnight! Itsuki and the real Takumi stand behind the crowd and whisper about them and what to do. After taking a picture with a girl, Itsuki calls out to the imposters. Fake Takumi then asks "who are you?", and Itsuki then explains that they aren't the real Project D. Fake Takumi then says something along the lines of "what are you talking about?", and the crowd around them gasps. Itsuki then points out the real Takumi, and the imposters are like "WHAT!?". Itsuki then asks Takumi for an ID or something like that, but Takumi doesn't have his wallet on him. Itsuki then flips out on him. Fake Takumi points out Itsuki's Levin, then his own "Panda Trueno". Everyone verbally abuses Itsuki, and he gets mad. Real Takumi meanwhile thinks of how embarassed he is. Fake Takumi then says something that the crowd cheers to. The imposters eventually take off.
The next day, the gang is talking about it at the gas station. Kenji has his arms up with his fists clenched. Then, Takumi's new love interest, Mika Uehara, walks up to the gang, asking for Takumi. The other three walk away, to leave Takumi and Mika alone. She asks "Are you Fujiwara of Project D?". He nods yes. Then, this happens:
The other three look back in complete shock. Afterwards, it cuts for a short break (where a commercial would go).
After it comes back on, it's the previous scene, only Takumi is now holding his hand to his face and appears shocked as well. Mika then explains that Takumi (fake Takumi) blew off her best friend Tomoko. Nobody knows what's going on, and Iketani steps inbetween them and says something like "what are you talking about? Takumi wouldn't do such a thing.". Mika is very angry, and then Takumi asks her "what are you talking about?". The imposters are then brought up. She then attempts to call someone, but the person does not pick up. She leaves. Takumi clenches his fist and continues to question what Mika told him.
Shortly after, Fumihiro and Takumi have a phone conversation about the 86's progress; Fumihiro is in the shop, while Takumi is riding in Itsuki's Levin. It shows the 86 on a jack, with two mechanics working on it. After they hang up, Takumi continues to question what Mika told him.
The scene then shifts to Mika's house. She's on the phone with the person she tried to reach earlier in the episode (presumably Tomoko). I think this is where she finds out that the real Takumi wasn't the one who blew Tomoko off.
The next day, Itsuki, Kenji, and Iketani are at the gas station talking about something. Itsuki then imitates Mika slapping Takumi. Afterwards, Fumihiro and Ryosuke have a phone conversation, where Fumihiro tells him the 86 is ready. They then discuss the trip to Kanagawa, before hanging up. A 3D model of the course can be seen on Ryosuke's laptop. Takumi gets the 86 back, and takes Itsuki along for a rather terrifying test drive on Akina.
Meanwhile, at the top of Akina, the fake Project D have drawn a crowd again. Someone then walks up and questions them...this person is Wataru. He tells them how amazing Takumi is, and in addition, shows him his Levin. Gas Gas Gas by Manuel starts to play. While Wataru continues to talk, fake Takumi gets pissed and goes into a rant. He then hears tires squealing in the distance, and tells the crowd to watch. Takumi then slides around a curve, and the imposters are completely shocked along with the crowd. Fake Takumi whispers to fake Keisuke that they should probably get outta there. They start to leave, then real Keisuke confronts them on their way out. Keisuke and Wataru give each other a bro-fist. Takumi then stops and gets out. Keisuke says something to the imposters, and they bow down. He then holds his hands together and pops his knuckles, as if he's preparing to beat the crap outta them. Then, Fumihiro steps in. After a few words, he asks Takumi if he wants to say anything. He steps over to them and crouches down to say some words to them. Itsuki then says a few words, then the scene ends.
The scene shifts to the course in Kanagawa, with a Miata doing some runs. Some people who are watching say something like "bring it on, Project D". The episode ends.

clarifications to your post GT3RS:

This happened in 3rd stage the Movie but the setting was different. I bet it was the content of 3rd stage... in the Manga because the Anime was a dramatic talk while walking around Haruna Lake.

It's actually the Z16A GTO SR. Someone from IDW did make mention that ID & WM animes (4th stage of ID) share the same traffic / non-rival cars; and the R32 has no wing and is white with a girl leaning on it; pressuming its the R's driver; is most likely a shoutout to WM fans as it may clearly be a Reina Akikawa parody guest appearance.
not to be a spoiler but...
SPOILER
That's Go Hojo speaking on behalf of the rest of the crowd. The ones behind him are pressumably: Minagawa, Eiji Kubo & Ryuji Ikeda.

^Thanks for the clarifications. I didn't know if I was correct on that flashback (which is why I put assuming). I never read the manga beyond First Stage to know any differences like that. Also, it was pretty hard to tell what that one car was.
In addition, I didn't have any knowledge of those guys at the end. I only knew about Mika through the help of an Initial D wiki.
Screens:
SPOILER
In all honesty, I like episodes like this one. A break in the action is always good. These episodes are just laid back, and the story develops more.
