Lemme guess...you made a Toyota Chaser in that image...no? Anyway I've also made a few more cars...as shown here: Mazda RX-8 (Mazdaspeed version just like in WMMT) Image size reduced, original size: 1024 x 576. Click here to view the image in its original dimension. Nissan Skyline GT-R C110 (Nismo-works...slated to appear in WMMT5 Japan version) Image size reduced, original size: 1024 x 576. Click here to view the image in its original dimension. Toyota Aristo (Itasha strolling down Akibahara) Image size reduced, original size: 1024 x 576. Click here to view the image in its original dimension. Toyota MR2 (Itasha strolling down Shibuya...got this car featured in the S-Tuner Facebook group front page) Image size reduced, original size: 1024 x 576. What WRX said Best to do any cars you want in S-Tuner on the PC...normally the PC has the better processing power compared to a smartphone (and also more stable internet connectivity) Also there's the option of saving the car model if you couldn't complete it on that day (it'll be saved in .3dt format...only parts applied will be retained...graphics will not be retained as the app will warn on the pop-up box whenever you want to save the car being built) As for applying graphics onto the car that's being built... Deskyx has a point: Graphics can be imported direct in the app itself...but yeah only white paint makes your imported graphic standout well...other colours makes the graphic pretty much discolored...also graphics which have white highlights will not appear at all (like the Altezza I made above...the TRD logo actually has a surrounding white border but weirdly it doesn't appear at all when I imported it direct into the app itself) Anyways here's another project I just made: a rally-style Mazda RX-7 FB (this time round I did a plain model on the S-Tuner app...only applied the graphics later via Photoshop...because adjusting graphics imported direct to the app itself can be a pain on the butt...but mainly hand at times ) Image size reduced, original size: 1024 x 576. QUOTE (Lonewolf @ Jan 9 2015, 11:44 AM) | Currently, I have no choice but to stick with the phone for now because the app lags too heavily on our desktop Though I have succeeded in making a 240Z last night on desktop, complete with engine, interior and all other tiny details, it took far too long as compared to making one on my phone
I have've got to upgrade the PC even if just for a bit. OT: What entry level graphics card would work perfectly for this app?
[ Post merged on Jan 8 2015, 04:48 PM ] I know I said I can tolerate delays, but 15-20fps is just pushing it on the edge |
hmmm im not sure if stuner can actually utilise the graphics card, but i'd try for something like a geforce GTX 650 or radeon r7-260 or higher.
it depends on the rest of your system though, like CPU and RAM.
