Don't forget back then Nissan cars shared platforms or floorplans if you will so maybe thats why they look similar? (Even though I don't think they look alike lol)

NSX = Supercar = Supercar Insurance, Maintenance, Fuel Consumption, etc lol So if your super rich go for it wink2.gif

basically the s14 chassis was an updated much more stiffer chassis of the s13 and as far as i know the nissan cefiro shared some features with the s13
the skyline chassis are very different, especially the gtr models

The US 200SX has a "sporty"-sedan chassis, ICK!

Weak spoiler also.

LOL I'm not rich like that. rolleyes.gif Ah well...I guess I'll keep on dreaming for now........Ohh boy, I was hoping to make this my first everyday car, thats why I'm not motivated to buying another one. Damn, buying one would be costly with the maintenance/use and most of those cars being sold have over 90KM...60 at best. Maybe when the New model comes out, prices will drop for the 90'-00' models grin2.gif ...hopefully. But for now, *pulls out WMMT3 card* this will be my car....and my Nsx R/C. Hahah.pinch2.gif

there isnt anything real super about a nsx. I would imagine maintenance on one would be much less than most older cars. Finding parts on the other hand would be a bear.

two r32's at the moment;
one gtr that is sitting in my garage being turned into a north america's fastest drag gtr and will continue to go faster each time i unexpectedly blow it up.

another gts-t four door that i just picked up to use as a winter car, currently sitting in a container about to leave port in Japan.

also have an acura vigor with a good 480,000km and still going strong minus the front suspension joints and such which are non existent or squeaking like mad.

My thirst for speed came with my second gtr, bought it somewhat modified and decided i had to build one twice as powerful so sold it and got underway.

Also DreadAngel, i agree about the NSX, minus the fact that they get 35 mpg. everything is expensive, some parts more so then a Ferrari. shifty2.gif
Spent a week with a good friends while he borrowed one of my cars.

Nothing special about the NSX, except the fact that its Japan's sole Supercar to date, kickass absolute ass for its power and engine capacity (Power to Weight ratio was one of the best NA V6s at the time) and it still kicks ass today smile.gif Don't knock it till you drive one wink2.gif

mcfly - Lolz, the parts are expensive but they're comparable to GT-R and Supra + a few other Sport cars, Ferrari service interval is shorter and the durability not as good as NSX lol smile.gif

sole super car, yeah right. nsx is just a 280hp mr what had a high price. Is a chevy corvette a supercar?

nope an old corvette is no supercar but the corvette doesnt have an all aluminium chassis like the nsx(the first production car with that feature) the only problem of the NSX was the 280HP regulation the newest NSX R is going round the nordschleife under 8mins which means it totally is in the supercar range wink2.gif
it just suffers from the lower HP´s
but at the time it was new a ferrari 348 also only had about 300HP its not always the HP which makes a car a supercar

costs 1500 to do a hose? I bet I could do it for the price of a piece of water hose from napa..

The only nice thing about the nsx is its stock handling, which isnt very impressive when you take modded cheap cars and surpass it.

I'd consider it a tuner car more than anything.

if you were to get a type r nsx it would out handle 99% of the cars on the road.

but yes, lower rad hose is 1500, have to drop the sub frame to access it.

Right now I don't own any cars so I'm using my parents' vehicles. It so happens that as of now they're all SUV's - 1 1991 Daihatsu Ferrosa, 1 1992 Mitsubishi Pajero 5-door (Japanese made and converted to left-hand drive) and 1 1998 Mitsubishi Pajero 5-door (assembled in the Philippines). Used to drive a few Toyota cars (including 3 Corollas and 1 Corona), but my parents sold them all.

If I get that promotion my boss is promising me I'll avail of the company car loan, and I might get a brand new Toyota Corolla.
