i met some racers last time, apparently i was unlucky two of them are lv 5 racer. They was running with eiher 1400ps or 1500ps machine's, my 950+ps was no match and i was owned all the way but it's still a great fun to meet those guys one of them even helps me with my card tuning

i've been trying to find some but never find any race,so i don't know wheter there were any other racer so it's kinda hard to proggress if u can't have battle's
so let's liven up the server and raced at wangan again , it's kind of sad to think that this game going to be forgotten cause there's new and better race game out there now

Hello everyone! My name is Eric and I am new to the site and game. However I am very familiar with this anime.

I just got my copy in today tried it out for a minute and am flabergasted at how difficult understanding the game is. Sure the menus are in english but everything else is pretty difficult if you don't know the lingo.

since my older PS3 broke, I didn't have the chance to play it again (I have to start all over again)

Let's see if I can do the runs again, and play online also....

Hello All! New poster here...

I just got the game after only finding out they made this game 2 months ago!!! Just got it over the holiday, playing 1st time right now. I hate being late to the party (as I was/am from Initial D Extreme Stage)....

In any case...you guys are a lot of help in the translations...but one thing that is bothering/irking me is what the hell "Handling Assign" means?!?!?! 3 types, apparently the 3rd type has the same writing in both catagories...

Has no one/anyone figure out what handling assign means? I'm betting it helps with the handling of the cars and maybe making the game better/easier...

Havent popped this game into my PS3 in forever.
Been playing GTA,COD,and GT5 instead. Need to play it soon.

here's share some of info that i know, i dunno if any of you guys hade already know this too :

* in game top speed 421 km/h
* cars that can reach 421km/h (white fd3s, green rgo fc3s, and txr's supra)

I have this game and in all honesty it was a big let down.

Id give this game an 8/10.

Online sucks. Doppler effect sucks. Physics...meh. Graphics were incredible.

*EDIT* I just played this game today and I know why I didn't like it: 1. Engine Blows, 2. I have to put the brightness up on my TV to the max to see SOME of the cars.

But anyway I want to beat the game because I might as well do it. But can anyone give me tips to not blow my engine I release the accelerator and I brake but then I lose too much speed and lose the race.

Hi guys, i know that this is old thread, ad that post is even older...
But I've got today my copy of the game (already had Logitech DFGT) - and really looking for anything that could help me with translation
Could anybody reupload that FAQ?

the atwiki.jp page is still active. you can check it there and translate to english via browser.
Also, for story mode, I'm covering the story mode translating the scenes to english given the last known manga translation (most appropriate translation of the cutscenes) ended in the perfect GTR arc.
