I think cant Copy the disc its Blue ray for good sakes

I am up to stage 10 at the moment on the Z levels, i just have four random cards, 2 green, ! orange and 1 red. If i lose i just re-pick some new cards. The supra was really slow for me but i still won with a B score.

Its still a fun game. I am going away for 4 days so i will play some more when i get back


I was thinking the Green was handling, Red was speed, no idea about orange. No idea if i am right thou

that must be the level up Card system they where talking about

It improves the car, sure, but i but know what each one does. While i am still leveling i am not sure if i mind

Anyone having trouble with cards in Ps3 Wangan



"im up to chapter 10 and i had trouble myself i had to keep retrying over and over but i have found a solution that is if you want to follow what i do...
i only had like 4 cards at that time lol but the better the result at the end the more cards you get like you need a gold medal as a reslutt but the cards thats have EG then a number next to it is a engine upgrade just stick one on and you will see the difference in power where it says PS after you get out of card selection.
Now im using R2 for accel and it helps ALOT when you use it you can keep your speed and not blow your engine for example:

your over 300km/h and your about or are on the orange zone for your engine blow with R2 just slightly let go until the speed stays at one spot thats means no more engine blow and no more loosing speed and especialy when there are turns your engine meter will greatly drop down to blue and if you know there are alot of turns dont be afraid to hold the accel all the way. You can also bump the cars into a wall and traffic or dont let them pass.

The more I play this game the better it gets, its such a cool game, not the best but still a good game. If you cant red japanese its ok, there is enough english in the game for you to know what is going on. GOO BUY IT

Defiantly a great game. The only disappointment is the fact that the cars still handle like all the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series.. But other then that..A great game. I love the card system (even though I have no idea wtf it's saying on the cards...) and I love just the story system, the driving, how it looks, everything. If you can look past how the cars handle, then defiantly import this sucker.

I'm stuck on stage 10 too, so I think I'll work on blackbird or others to get more cards. Thanks for the tip.

got some questions for you owners !
- would someone care to make a list of the cars that can be bought in the game ?
- is there some kind of quest mode ala shutokou battle in which players can choose the cars they want and freely tune them up, adding performance parts and stuff ? I mean, story mode is cool, but not being able to be "myself" in this kind of game would be a bummer !

i just got my ps3 this morning and i'm seeking for some game to buy on internet (in europe, there is not a lot of interessant games). Do you recommand this one or not ?

first post!!! i got the ps3 version of the game last week. pretty addicting. pretty language friendly for the people who dont speak japanese such as myself i have a write for the card system so if anybody needs it let me know!

sooner or later they are gonna come out with a emulator for the ps3 then we are able to play it on pc

i hope you're kidding ? ps2 xbox and gamecube have been released for something like 6 year now and the emulators are still pretty lame. So just figure out how much time you will have to wait to have a decent ps3 emulator who can launch game with a normal speed and without graphical bugs...

To play ps2 games nicely on PC you need a really good computer. It's really not worth it. Cheaper just to buy a ps2 lol. Also the emulators are really buggy:P

or just download the ROM from the game to the ps3 memory

i just played it...
got stuck on the stage with the blackbird and the R32 where i should do a 4"10"000, so any tips???
the only thing i got to complain about is the engine heat...
other than that, its all pretty good

To be honest I didn't have that many problems, playing the Z lvls, the best hint so far i think is using R2 to accelerate , helps so much when your engine wants to blow all the time. And do some Blackbird missions as well is u get stuck on the Z lvls, you get some nice cards to use

You are right it is but you can change it

Yh i prefer the r2 accel and l2 brake configuration. its more natural feel pressing the triggers.
