i love initial D an this weekend i discovery wangan midnight, a bit late i know lolol but im allready in love and addicted to this anime. in the main page the 3-4 episodes are dated to 7 September. why is not online?

I enjoy the anime so far. It has good and bad points.

The good:

Akio and Reina look cute as ever
Reina does not start off with the UGLY curly hair (I really hated it in the manga)
Graphics are amazing

The bad:

Akio's lighter hair color (the manga was so much better)
Tatsuya sounds quite young

The in-between:

The music pales in comparison to the likes of WM and WMMT series (I expected songs similar to the ones in these Namco games, but what I heard were average songs not too bad, but not too good either.) But quite suitable for now.

Well... I DID see the PS2 part on the title, but I thought somebody had a special video for the PS2... I dunno. Anyway, it looked pretty accurate compared to the game.

Everyone enjoy. He does a pretty good job. Nomake, you should probably just team up with that guy so it's less work on you. Work smarter, not harder.

That would be Yoshiken's work. It's much simpler (but easy and simple to read) than Nomake's but that's not a bad thing.

is the team OMFG still working on subbing Wangan Midnight? its been a while since their release eps 1 & 2..

*sigh* people that don't read entire threads before posting... oh well... here's the explanation for the millionth time..

OMFG is not a "team".. it's ONE GUY. ("One Man Fansub Group") ...in fact, he's a member here, under the s/n "Nomake Wan". He keeps us updated. Being only one guy, it's quite a burden to fansub a series by himself, so he IS still working on it, it's just taking some time is all.

i hope he can release an .srt file so it will not be a burden for him to encode back the anime.

did they release 7-8?...i never saw anything about them, so im left assuming that they were never made or never released, or the other side that i just havent found them.

7-8 have not aired yet in Japan. They will air on the 19th of October. 2 episodes air every month, consecutively.

I can't wait for episodes 7-8 to release! I really wonder if Eriko was successful in dumping the Devil-Z to the harbour!!! damn!
