Nice. It seems to match up pretty well.

Hopefully they [Duplicolor] have a good flat black color too, cause if this used wheel deal I'm setting up doesn't fall through I'll be needing it.

You guessed it. I'm really pushing for a set of wats now and I've got two new avenues to go through that are making them a much more accessible, affordable and realistic goal.

finishing up the three other wheels as we speak. I have no aquired a job and my project is rolling foward again. On my list now is to baffle my stock oil pan maybe also make it bigger with some buldge add ons, and get a crank scraper. I thought about a windage tray to but cant decide both will be good but a windage tray is going to take some time to make. I may just go with a crank scraper (similar concept).

I found this picture of a 7M that was used on the Wangan pretty impressive if you ask me. Not only is it equiped with a windage tray but they also installed a high flowing oil pipe.

Improvement and the Stock oil pan could use it for hard acceleration and yes it will see the track on occasion.

So i just got off the phone with my machinist, decided on keeping the stock cams, but we're upgrading the valve springs to BBC springs. Also going to have him insert timecerts into all the spark plug holes (Stripped #1 a while ago). As far as the block update, picked up a new waterpump, waiting on the oil pump. On my to do list, oil change (in 500miles), and of course block machining. Ordered a new wastegate as well to serve me until the rebuild so now i officially start saving for the rest of the rebuild now.

$1200 in the bank the rest i make minus expenses is going to the bank.

Keep checking back for more progress.
