IMHO, all cars should have nice paint, wheels and be lowered (even slightly lower than stock would suffice in some cases). |

Xmas is tommorow so we'll see what no goodies i have.
Other than that, im doing the suspension soon, i just bought new bump stops, and insulators for the front mounts. I dont want the springs to drop the car as low as ive seen others. Also new wheels to go with the drop. I wont reveal them until they get refinished. Couple hints. They are 16's (I dont want to waste my new tires) They are 5spokes They weigh roughly 16-18lbs |

I think they are Post '89 A70 wheels because that fits his description and he mentioned wanting them to me a week before he bought wheels.
Or they are FD RX7 wheels... |

I just finished refinishing them not to long ago. 3 Mounted, i say three because one of my tires had a nail in it that ripped open the side wall  New RE760 coming in Thursday  However...the good side of the car looks sweet.       What do you guys think? P.S. Excuse my dirty car, its been real cold past few days. |

Well its been a while, im hoping to get things rolling again. For those that missed it, I refinished a set of 91 5spokes for my car got them mounted. Pics Above
I just ordered new insulators for the shock mounts, should be here next week or so im told we all know how dealers are. I need to drop the car before TX2K10 so lowering is coming very soon. Right now my only goal besides finishing my build is to keep this car running smooth. So onto other things, i got some goodies in the mail today.  Lets start with the big box.  hmmm...under the sea of peanuts..more peanuts?  ah there we are (i love brand new parts)    Let me start by saying this Intake is F'king HUGE   I took it apart to see if it was similar to the HKS Intake  Similar design, a little different though, size being one of them.   Heres my mount  Talk about easy directions   ^ hows that for stupid simple, you dont even have to read japanese to understand it. In the second box...  hm... now they just need paint.  So ill get started on those center caps when the sun comes out and post more pics when i put them on!  Enjoy the pics! ~JDMMA70 |
