Still thinking about my fuel set up options. F-CON would be nice but its so pricey....but id still do it so what im thinking so far, is as following options.

Ill do a quick walk around video of my car sometime today or tommorow, ill show off the interior and engine mods, and ill do an exhaust video maybe when it gets dark so you car see the car shoot flames out =D

Not sure really... looking at the pictures... trying to figure out what could have happened...

Throttle body is off, intake manifold off... spark plug wires are out...

did your air intake system blow or something?

you wouldnt believe me if i told you BUT haha here goes, whilst driving down the road i heard a loud bang then my car started bogging and sounded like a lawn mower, i then proceeded to pull into a parking lot and check the damage, my engine launched my spark plug out taking what ever threads were left with it. So im doing a head swap youre close but no cigar =P

AH!

Looks JDM my ass... more like the JDM people love to believe in, if you visit Japan and go to the meets, you think you're in the middle of a FnF shoot...

well, i was CLOSE...

i said it had something to do with the spark plugs.
=P

i like clean 7m in the morning smells... with distinct smell of pain or a fat cat

Picked up my new gasket and ARP Bolts today. picking up head tommorow.

Since you wanted a video haha, this is the exact day the spark plug blew out along with the helicoil im guessing the previous owner tapped in.

how much mpg you get out of that 7m?

12.5mpg on a good day, but then again my injectors were dripping probably why it was so bad. My friend Steven gets 19-21

Hopefully it will get better when i get the other head on.

i thinking which one is better the 300zx z31or the mk3 supra both show potential and good mpg.does 19-20 mean the n/a or turbo.why did you get a auto?

Turbo Get 19-21 best ive seen on a stock turbo was around 28 HWY.

Go MK3 man youll never look back.

I got Auto because of all the cars i looked at it was the only one that wasnt a complete pile of poo . Everyone who wants a MK3 wants a 5spd and the 89-92 Body Style which is the reason most of those are beat to hell and back. Ill be doing a 5spd swap myself in the future.

Well I like Pre89's better and this car had a clean history and its real clean. Plus I don't trust driving a used Supra more than 300miles without me doing maintence on it. I respect the VG good motor just don't like working on them. Inline 6's are just easier and they are better balanced for power. You know this to be true with Nissans L Series motors, and the famed RB

Well i pulled of the head off my friends 7M thats now out of the car due to rod knock but a 1JZ took its place, thats good news for me though, free parts!

It was dirty as hell valves seals were leaking so much oil it would make even the saudis jealous.

So off to the machine shop it will go Friday or Saturday.

Well getting the head while its in the car getting the parts off isnt so hard, just remember where the plugs to and vacuum lines etc. I needed three people to lift it off and just two people to carry it into the house that thing is heavy

So heres my floor now



the other head i picked up yesterday look at those valves, oil dried all up now those valves are nasty, and were nasty
