Well ive put 3500 trouble free miles on the engine. Other than the valve seal(s) on cylinder 4 which ill replace soon. Engine runs great. Unfortunately the suspension has issues. Needs bushings, and my outer tie rods are worn and need replacing. Power steering pump is leaking a little. Theres a lot on my plate and I haven't posted in a long time so hopefully i can revive my thread. Ill document my work like I used too again. Stay tuned

at least id get it back laugh.gif

So changing the 26yr old tie rods on the Supra proved to be difficult. Why you ask? Well first the nuts decided they wanted to stay frozen to the studs, but it was ready for my tactics. However I couldnt get them off tonight as it claimed my only tie rod fork. Dunno what kind of steel Toyota used on this but all Ive got to say is DAMN.

Im calling it a night ill work on it in the morning.

Uploading pics now, after examining the rack and pinion ive decided this b*tch needs to go, so for now I will have shiny new outer tie rods and a f**ked up rack. But thats ok because a new shiny rack will come soon.

HOLY CRAP I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN FOREVER.

Blue - Walbro is, but not because of quality, because of price. Their fuel pumps are kinda cheap and unreliable in long term use.

This godawful state. The Z is stored about 60 miles from where my wife and I live so... progress is glacial.... Not much time for posting either, with the changes to the database systems at work and other non-car projects. The GOOD news is that it's near running, and getting closer to how I want it to look. I check in here once in a blue moon, good to see that your project is still going along with some of the others. Yesterday I couldn't avoid commentary.

Been planning an update soon, so whenever the time comes...
