Not sure how many guys on here are diecast collectors, but I am...not as big now as I was. But, I have a pretty large collection. Anyways, until now 240Z diecasts were few and far between. The only ones you could find were overly expensive ones. But, Jada has just released a nice and very clean version of the 240Z in 1/24 scale in their "Option D" line. It actually resembles the Devil Z pretty well. The colours are white/red/black/that burnt orange colour and the same colours with carbon fibre hoods.

Looks like a pretty good model. I'm saving now, but I think I might be able to swing by the store and spend the $8-9 on one to add to my collection. It's a pity they don't make blue...but, I might just have to go strip the paint and do a custom one blue.

**If this is in the wrong section please move it. But, didn't know exactly where to put it besides the merchandise section.**

I'm not a big diecast collector. I don't think you put the topic in the rong place.

A bit of tip to the buyers. Buy the black one so if you want to do a custom blue you don't need to repaint the rims too. ^-^

You can also buy them all one colour without the black hood. I've seen random ones that also have the headlight covers, too. Nice little models, glad to see Jada stopped making the completely riced out models. ^^

You can find them at basically any store that carries toys. I've seen them at Wal-Mart, Toys 'R' Us, Target, hobby stores, really anywhere that would carry them. The trick is finding a place that has the 240z still in stock.

Wow those are really nice models. I might try and pick one up. So far the toy shops that stock the Jada models only stock the Initial D ones and a couple of Scions. Hopefully they'll get these soon.

Oh damn, none of the places around here have them. Or, any of the Initial D ones anymore. I'd love to get the AE86 and the Devil Z. Guess, I'm stuck with ebay if I want to get one.

I havn't seen these anywhere around here sleep.gif... Looks like I may need to resort to online. I am not a big die-cast collector either, but these looks nice, and would be great to go along with my other video game/car related things.

Well I got my black one from an out door swap meet and the raceing one from WalMart. There the size of a standerd model car or a bit bigger.

Get them wherever sells diecast cars...most stores will have some in the toys section. They are 1/24 scale, as are almost all the major Jada diecasts.

hmm yeah thinkin of getting the white one too, i saw them on ebay. Kewl have the BRE John Morton version. I have an unbuilt model of that one already though.

This is the model version I have, its not far off from that die cast 240Z for a fujimi model its pretty nice.

I know there is a real Wangan Midnight die cast car I've seen it on ebay before, I forget who makes it a pretty common company, its probably not in production anymore
