hows everyone? im very sleepy, stayed up all night with my friends sanding down my car and doing some bodyworks. we could only work nights since we all have day jobs. hopefully by the end of this week we could already apply some paint to my car.

BTW, we're doing some DIY repainting of my car.

plus now we're gonna have ahectic schedule here in the office, some new clients and stuff......

still green for the meantime, a darker shade. when i get all the parts i need then it will undergo the whole new makeover phase. thise is actually phase one of project old skool.

how long and how much does it cost to DIY paint a car? Is it more practical than getting someone else to do the job for you?

Awsome i hope your car come out great well as for me i sold my FC For 27K In E-Bay and i jaust got the money and now in buying mabe an 86 Hatchback but before i was thinking on bying an EVO IX MR,or and STi WRX Impreza but i found out they where to much to buy so im buying an 86 or some FR car lets see what happens.

@RB33; if you're on a tight budget or cant find a reputable shop, then DIY is the way to go. in my case is tight budget. we estimate this job will last at least three years. by that time i may have the whole car stripped down to its metal(and hopefully i will have another daily driver)

DIY painting, the good thing is you yourself is in charge of quality control.you get to secure and see everything. please the satisfaction of you did it all. cons, time and aching arms.
plus this the first time we're gonna do painting, so dont expect it to be that perfect. we're doing this coz we're planning to start up an auto shop

our target is that by saturday, it is already painted, and we started last sunday.

the color would be dark metallic green with gold glitters. :D

From wat pros say that Aus is one of the best places to skate at. So your the luck one

At vans it cost about $14 just to skate for two hours from the last time I was there.

@Tofu_boy- Just try to keep my grade up, im in the balance . Alot of interesting things happend in our skool May i recommend the nissan silvia 14 or 15
