QUOTE (RB33 @ Dec 8 2008, 11:44 AM) | Lol, almost everyone here in the Philippines watched the Pacman/ Dela Hoya fight. Pacquiao definitely displayed arguably one of his best performances to date... though to be fair with Dela Hoya, I think his age has finally caught up with him...
Btw, is there a Pinoy restaurant or community in the vicinity of your residence? You might want to check if you know anyone in those areas since they enjoy cooking Pinoy delicacies if memory serves me right |
yah, hoys is pretty old to still box, but hey old age didnt stop ROCKY!!! lol and yah, I have a a TON of filipino friends and there are a good amount of pinoy markets and restaurants near my place. I was actually at a restaurant called Hung Ning, eating pancit and drinking a cold glass of kalamansi juice, while I read your post lol.
Finally tried a balut egg!......grave mistake....

QUOTE (Sunzabuto @ Today at 9:21 AM) | I didnt really know where to post this question lol, but does anyone have any clue when the subed episodes of WM after ep.6 will be out, I've been dying to watch them! |
Not gonna happen anytime soon mang. Unless you have load of cash to blow, pay Nomake Wan $30/hr. for $180 per episode subbed (Because it takes roughly 6 hours to sub) It'll cost about 3 and half grand to have the entire Season 1 subbed. That way, Nomake Wan can take a month off of his current job. Otherwise, it is probably faster and cheaper to just take a couple of Japanese courses yourself.

QUOTE (Sunzabuto @ Today at 1:12 PM) | a simple no would have been fine ...lolololol but damn that sucks...
p.s.- did you see my post in the feedback and support section about the random pics? any info on that? |
Relax bro... You could also wait for a dvd compilation of WM to come out. There are already a couple of episode compilations over here but I'm waiting for the complete compilation of the 1st Season episodes (pls correct me on that one if I'm wrong regarding the "Seasons"). Balut? Oh yes... I know what you mean... A lot of people here enjoy and love eating balut but I'm one of the minority over here when it comes to eating that... Btw, are you sure the spelling of the resto's name is Hung Ning? There's a resto over here serving similar dishes and carries the name "Hong Ning"

QUOTE (Sunzabuto @ Today at 6:54 PM) | your right, the spelling is Hong Ning, pretty tasty |
I got quite a lot of good memories of that resto. My folks would always take me there when I was a kid as a birthday treat. Even then, I somehow prefered Hong Ning's food over the birthday party packages that many fastfood offers... And yes, the food there is pretty tasty too... good to know that quality is maintained regardless of location This post has been edited by RB33 on Dec 14 2008, 07:34 PM

QUOTE (cmspaz @ Today at 10:53 AM) | I dunno, but that pic was of JM's car.
I'm guessing someone was stealing pics of Teg's car and so he locked out his photobucket. |
All hail the might and power of piracy...
