But seriously, I need to watch you do Osaka again. I raced last night at TZ GW and was on par with a B4 RX7, an A5 S30 and a B5 EVO in Osaka, except for the big wide right corner (the long lift) in Osaka. Dang!!! Huhu..

Hmm, why don't we start a roll-call of interested participants of the Takuyaki Race? Its just a few days over 1 week from now, it'll be better to be prepared before Jan 5, since many of us will be gone for the holidays and may not be able to post while in the provinces.
(I just don't have anything to do at work right now, hehe.. )

Please post your intention to join. I'll make a list and update it for every new set of participants, hehe..

@all: is it much better if we separate the noobs to the pros??? to give chance to the new comers to compete in their level. its kinda unfair for the newbies to fight with the pros...

hmm.. it might be a problem for those who have 2nd, 3rd,.... accounts.. they might join the noob class... how about doing the point system tournament??? 2 games each player... will be divide into groups to have the elimination...then the winners will be put on the format of evo_sieg...

Hmm, about dividing the tourney into classes..

Its a good idea with me. Perhaps we can go with a 2-class tourney.

( Takuyaki Race-[class], excuse the geekiness, hehe.. )

TR-GT300
-all competitors must have cars with class <= C1

TR-GT500
-all competitors must have cars with class > C1

After being classed, we shall then follow the tourney rules as per the pictures in the earlier posts.


Well then, RB33, OSFWin, will we implement a 1-card load?

Also, please say "AYE" for all those who'll join the race, hehe..

I'm ok with the idea of class divisions. However, Mix has a point. Other than engine power (hp displayed on the card), how else will we know if a player is a noob or not? Btw, in the last race, we let the computer decide whether the course will be C1 or Osaka.

yeah. he's a good or very good racer...wanna know why? he crashed his civic a lot of times in Marcos Highway and Libis...BWAHAHAHAHA!!! my other cousin Poy uses an old Ford Lynx, not the new Ghia body type, tomo's younger brother, Yanyan, uses a black Altis. Stephen has an Ferrari F40 and customized Eclipse. Gilbert, AMG Benz. Chris, Ford Focus (going for rally customization...i think), and Duy has a Cayenne Turbo. a lot of guys in our family are gearing up for something...lol.

i only have 2 cards left. a C5 Nissan s30z Fairlady and a C9 Toyota Hi Ace...hi ace good for wangan...i heard it has the biggest top speed...around 345...hmmm 4 speed manual with a big limit. i hope i they have a DHL or FeDex body for Hi Ace in ghost mode. lol. Beware...of the DHL/FedEx Delivery Man!!!

Let's keep it to Osaka and C1 as of now. They seem to be the most well-rounded courses for our tourney battles as of now, hehe..
