There is no Master titles for the Taxi. I confirmed this when I did up a Taxi for fun. Nothing there.

I did read... it says on outbound it will give wangan beginner and inbound it's supposed to be emperor of hakone. It's just that the info is wrong on the 1st page.

When it says "Hit traffic before crossing finish line", it literally means, "Hit traffic BEFORE crossing finish line" Not 100m behind Not 10m behind Not 1m behind but like... RIGHT BEFORE the finish line... I literally smacked into an R2 as I crossed the line, and managed to get that title... Basically... its going to come down to timing, and a LOT of luck.
