guys..i'm trying to get this title, and when into a problem..

i try it on TA mode and when i choose yokohane, there is no choice whether the battle is upward or downward! it just give me downward..

so how should i get the yokohane upward race then?

In T.A You don't battle. Someone probably challenged you and you thought it was still T.A.

i didn't see the info, but in order to get Pirate King of the neon, you must do it at night..

if you retired in the morning, will get another title.. "Wangan Sailor"

Just a note, for the Subaru master title for all Imprezas and as well as the Legacy, the machine has a glitch and puts out 'Legendary S15 master' for all of them....dunno why this happens...

I am, once again, "Wangan Instant Killer", took me three outruns to get it back.

And I will stay this way forever.

imho, i think the soundtrack for wmt3's 10 outrun is far better than wmt2 i really hook to it

No, that's "?" difficulty, and it's not random, it's planned.

I think you might think that the changes in the song's sound is the song changing, where in fact what's happening is different parts of the same song are being mixed into each other after each race.

It's one song, but 10 parts of it, in other words.

ahhhhh...... That kinda makes more sense now.... I don't get what you are saying about the "?" races though??? I haven't done them yet

"?" becomes available after getting an S grade on all 10 levels in outrun.

It's the "31 outrun" race that was mentionned earlier.

It doesn't improve your rank by getting an S on it, and it doesn't shade in gold either. It's there to either get the "instant killer" line of names, or if you want the easiest method of mileage in the game.
