Who play(s)(ed) it?

I just put a couple tokens in the machine at my arcade and it was a blast, just like old times. Got a "Team Rush" account and all that, plus you get a free game if you beat tracks within a certain amount of time (this led to 1 hour with or enjoyment for 1 dollar).

What do you guys think? Opinions?

Never played the game, but doesn't it use the same hardware as the Need For Speed Underground arcade game? I hated that cabinet.

Didn't know there was a Need for Speed Underground arcade game...

But... I don't like Need for Speed underground anyway. I played a couple of the Need for Speed games but I couldn't stand them!

I had alot of fun with this series on the home consoles but there is something about the arcade cabinet that makes it feel like an entirely different game! I can't exactly explain what it is, but even if you race the exact same track at home and then at the arcades it feels completely different.

And 50 cents a play with loads of "FREE GAME!" messages makes me love it so >_>.
